地理位置非常好。但房既窗簾閂唔埋。廁所設施有啲舊。不過整體唔錯。

Room was clean and great view of city from 7th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for both train and city centre. Would use this hotel again.

Decent last minute booking, staff friendly, room comfy and quiet. Lots of men dressed as women in the hotel, hoped they might come to my room for a massive party but they didn’t.

Lovely hotel and room very nice, bathroom could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was tasty on the whole but juices very watery.

Good stay - a nice hotel in a great location in Leeds, peaceful but close to the center. Room was pleasant but a little dated and smelled slightly of smoke. The hotel did offer for us to change rooms to resolve this, which was appreciated.

All systems were down on arrival so had to be checked in manually 1 by 1 so the Que took 1 hour. Rooms are very dated for the price.

Unfortunately not hotels fault but next door came home about 12 o’clock and talked for 3 hrs , could hear everything, tried earplugs, eventually at 3 o’clock husband went down to reception and we had to move room

Room key not activated when given to us, had to go back to reception from the 9th floor. Room keys deactivated when left room for breakfast on final day. No issues with room (906) Breakfast was acceptable with a varied choice, coffee machine dispensed lukewarm beverages. Check in and check out was good

Better stay. Great greeting on arrival . Room great. There needs to be better choice of yogurt at breakfast and you need to bring back hash browns.

Dobbeltsengens madrass var meget dårlig/nedslitt (fjærene), men heldigvis var det også en enkeltseng på rommet hvor madrassen var bra.

Needs renovation, dirty doors, bad key system, bad toalett flush.

For starters I paid £220 a night for this hotel, a massively overinflated price. The room itself was so rundown and tired so absolutely not worth the price. To add to my issues my neighbours were unbelievably selfish and loud. They played music full blast late at night and were shouting. This isn’t the fault of the hotel however their response to dealing with them wasn’t great. They refused to move me until I pushed for the second night. Surely with rowdy guests if they ignore orders to quieten
