From checking in, to checking out, the staff were amazing, always there to help in any way they could. Room was lovely, extremely clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely. Plenty choice and we'll worth the £10 i paid for it. Thoroughly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the first time we have stayed in a Leonardo hotel and we are impressed. We stayed in Leeds centre . The location is in a nice area and only a short walk to shops and pubs .we were room upgraded which we hadn’t ask for which was really nice. It was my wife’s birthday so they gave us a large bottle of champagne and free breakfast. Drank the champagne but didn’t get up early enough for the breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back .

Very pleasant and welcoming staff on arrival and at bar later. Room was lovely and clean and bed really comfortable. We didn’t eat there but did see some of the food other people got and it looked and smelled good Absolutely no complaints from us

Clean room but very dated feel despite being a new build hotel. A few carpets in common area scuffed/worn in floor 7. Bed was a standard double and poor quality mattress - very disappointing. Good location for city centre.

Lovely clean hotel in a great area. Staff on reception were very helpful. Only negative comments are around the availability of plant milk. Although oat alternative was supposedly available on the menu in reality it wasn't which limited options for breakfast, hospitality tray and bar area.

I found some nail clippings on the carpet at the side of the bed. Wall was stained with a large coffee splash. Very poor soundproofing between rooms. Rooms and bed quite small, heating didn't work so room was cold. No fridge. Breakfast was particularly poor. Watery, tasteless orange juice. Bacon tasted only of salt, sausages cheap and tasteless, stale loaf left out from one day to the next.

Great stay at the hotel. Hotel is clean, room was spacious, bed comfortable and quiet. Only downside was no parking at the hotel, although I managed to get parked in front of the hotel on the street, these spaces are limited. Staff member directed me to a carpark the hotel uses "about 7 minutes away" - but as I said, got a space on the street. Would stay here again, should I be back in Leeds

Rooms are in dire need of an upgrade. You usually associate Leonardo hotels with a decent standard of quality but the Leeds one is very run down. Bathrooms are low quality, beds are ok. Guess we can't complain too much at the price we paid
