Wonderful hotel staff. Attended all my needs. The room was clean with an amazing view of the Albert Dock. Just wish there were more chest of drawers for guests who stay a few days. And a couple of shelves in the bathroom.

De stenger frokostservering tidlig i ukedagene. Kl 09.33 ble jeg avvist. Fikk opplyst ved innsjekk at frokost var til kl 11. Regnet med til kl 10 i ukedager.

On arrival a £100 deposit was required and a photocopy of a driving licence etc? Not good for GDPR and the deposit is only refunded after a room check? Talk about not trusting your guests!!! won't be staying again

Really nice hotel, great location by the docks. Staff were all friendly. Room I stayed in was nice and really good size, bathroom though needs updating to match the room and to point out one bad point with the room the carpet in places had tea/coffee stains but aside from that really good hotel that I’d stay at again.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel,in der Stadt ist man in 8 Minuten.
Albert Dock viele Restaurants und Sovinierläden. Direkt neben dem Riesenrad befindet sich das Hotel.
Personal freundlich und Zimmer sauber.

We love staying at this hotel. It’s one of our favourites and the location is perfect. On this occasion the person who checked us in was not very welcoming and clearly couldn’t be bothered. The staff at breakfast were very stressed and very rude. This won’t stop me using this hotel but the staff need to think about our they conduct themselves with paying customers. Other than that, we love it here.
