The hotel is quite expensive, but is rather outdated, and not the best value for money. Location is wonderful though, just next to the train station.

Our room 519 was very dusty ask for a hoover so we could vacuum the quilt cover, reception said the housekeeper would come and sort it out which they never came so had another night with the dust , breakfast was good and Steven the waiter was excellent very helpful.

Everything was good especially the breakfast except for continuous problems with the lift during my one night stay

Arrived at 8:00pm, rooms not ready, checked in by duty manager who was family rude, only one lift working so waits if up to 15 minutes per fill, asked for more pillows, twice but never arrived, hall way very noisy with slamming doors and shouting and finally asked for poached eggs at breakfast to be told they’d be 30 minutes so didn’t bother, just not a good experience, chose Leonardo because of previous experiences, they were not like this though!! Don’t stay here!!!!

I didn’t like to stay in this hotel because it was not clean at all. The floor was very very sticky. The carpet I mean the bathroom was not clean at all and the furniture is in the room wherever I was touching. It was fully dusted.

Hotel was very noisy during the night. Doors closing are unnecessarily loud. Shower didn’t work, had to shower in the gym.

Lifts were not working on Friday evening.

Check in was smooth, we arrived at midnight after our wedding and I'd checked in online. I ordered and paid breakfast and overnight parking. The entry way to our room (inside just below the vent) smelled of cannabis. I've been in this plenty of times before and this isn't the first time I've noticed this. It could be a cleaning chemical they use but it was unpleasant to have the smell in the room when we arrived

Bathroom needs a refurb

Good hotel in excellent location. Room was very hot but no way of controlling temperature other than opening window which led to noise. Breakfast was excellent. Disappointed that pool didn’t open until 8:00 a.m.

Booked two rooms for two nights which they messed up. We paid for 6 guests but only received 4 beds for the first night. The excuse presented was that they had a lot of guests show up. Reception staff was not very helpful and tried to tell us to wait in the lobby the next morning while the rooms with proper number of beds were being readied. Overall old property with rude staff who did not apologize for their mistake or even attempt to try to make it right for the paying customer. One of the rooms had separate faucets for hot and cold water. Just a reminder for the management, we are in 2025, change the faucets. Would not recommend.

The staff are really lovely and the location was perfect for me. The bathroom especially was very outdated/dirty - badly in need of a refresh. The grouting was mouldy, shower curtain very yellow, wood panelling showing water ingress and paint bubbling.

Staff at hotel are lovely. Hotel is tired and although bed sheets were clean the mattress was disgusting (I always pull back sheets to check for bed bugs, there were none in my bed, just for clarity). The mattress was discoloured with multiple stains. There was no air conditioning in room so had to sleep with window open and it was noisy with road sounds. The bathroom was clean but smelly.

Dirty, run down area. Was told nothing available until 3 including restaurant and bar and room wasn’t ready. Went for a walk and never felt so u safe anywhere in the world. Planet of the Apes

El personal super calido y amable, en especial la chica que tienen en los desayunos, te hace sentir bienvenido y cuidado, solo que a mucho personal le hace falta su gafete con su nombre, lo cual es una pena y no se pueden identificar bien. Los cuartos son espaciosos y las camas son realmente cómodas, pero es decepcionante la limpieza, la tina estaba extremadamente sucia, en especial el desagüe, no es agradable bañarse en un lugar así. El gimnasio cuenta con mucho equipo variado y eso es un 10, pero es extremadamente frío y no nada agradable, tambien las maquinas las tienen oxidadas y da un pésimo aspecto a el área, como si estuviera descuidada. Claramente volveré al hotel, pero solo por su muy amable servicio, cómodas camas y excelente ubicación, sería increíble si pusieran atención a los detalles, le daría ése plus que necesita.
