It was my first time in Middlesbrough and I know I chose a lovely hotel to stay in for me and my son, my son who is 15 years old went out every day meeting up with his friends he knows from online games. Excellent hotel & Staff will most definitely recommend and come back and stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The receptionists seemed genuinely interested in the reason for my stay and answered my questions perfectly. I loved having a steam room trip after my morning run. A great hotel

Service was very poor, rude staff except breakfast when the staff member was very nice.

Stayed for a weekend when in the area visiting friends. Generally a nice place, comfortable room and very clean. The bathroom had perhaps seen better days but the hotel overall was fine and parts have been well cared for or updated. Great that it has a gym and pool. Shame the sauna was out of order. Extremely convenient location for the centre and excellent value for money.

Lovely hotel, staff fabulous. Pool is smaller but went in the morning and quiet, enjoyed the steam room and jacuzzi.
Would have liked to have information on times of breakfast and the pool, but easily got information when asked.
Breakfast was lovely too. Well definitely re visit

Had to charge room as window wouldn't shut tight so you could hear the noise from the carriage way and that was on the other side of the hotel, swapped rooms the next day and that was ok. Problem resolved quickly and staff very friendly.
