Nice location to access the tower bridge. The furnish is not modern as expected, but very spacious in the room and very big and comfy bed

The room is clean and the housekeeping is very good! But better to allow to use the refrigerator inside the room.

We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off

Room was a good size, and very clean, as was the bathroom. Full marks to the housekeeping staff. Reception staff were also very good, professional and friendly. Breakfast staff let the hotel down, which is why I have given 3 stars. Not a smile or a good morning between the 4 that I encountered! They were unfriendly, indifferent and I'm not sure a couple of them could speak any English. We wouldn't stay at that hotel again.

The room was really big and even they we booked a double we ended up with a twin, two speaking size beds. The facilities were great in the room. A lovely powerful shower which was nice and hot. Towels, robes and slippers. The air con didn’t work but there were to freestanding heaters which did the job perfectly. 2 hairdryers which would have been great if two ladies in the room. We don’t stay for breakfast so I can’t comment on food but the bar service was good. We couldn’t get a coffee in the evening though. The reason for the 4 star review is two reasons. The swimming pool was like a zoo with kids taking over the jacuzzi and diving in and out of the pool. Not at all relaxing. And then a cleaner went into our room when asked them not to. We were due to check out but she went in and prepped the room for the next customers. I really didn’t appreciate her going in the room and moving every to ing to the side and making us feel like we could no longer use the room even though it was before check out time. And if I was the person going in the room after us, I wouldn’t have been happy the beds were completely fresh, the sink, toilet and shower were not completely fresh and the same for the towels. I found this really strange to prep a room before we checked out.

My main complaint was my room. I am supposed to be an Expedia "VIP" but I was never told what my benefit would be. It certainly wasn't a good room. We had a brick wall as our view and it was dark a lot of the time in there. The room had a mini bar, however, it was locked. You have to make a special arrangements to have it unlocked and of course I wasn't told this upon check-in either. The reason I wanted to use it was to put in some medication plus some refrigerated snacks I had. But they have a special notice that says you can't put your own stuff in the refrigerator.. I also couldn't ice it down because there was no ice bucket in the room or any ice machines as far as I could tell. Luckily they did have a coffee machine with some capsules and also some little packets of milk. Although it would've been nice to use the spa facilities, we didn't have our swimwear so didn't use it, but judging by the number of people who were on the elevators going up and down in their bathrobes during the mornings and evenings, it probably would have been very crowded. The breakfast was pretty good and the hours were later into the morning, nice. They have someone at the front who takes your room number but they should also enforce dress code as there were people in their pajamas and slippers. This hotel is borderline posh and they seem to want to be like a continental hotel with a nice breakfast buffet but having people dressed in their pajamas ruins it all.

客室は清潔で、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。ただ客層がイマイチでした。子連れでの滞在で二回プールに入りました。子供が小さいのでいずれも夕方に入りました。(本ホテルは子供は朝と夕方の特定時間にしか入れないようになっています)２回とも男女が如何わしい事をしているところに遭遇しました。たまたま運が悪かった(バレンタインの時期)のだと思いますが、ホテルは素敵だっただけにすこし残念でした。それがなければ星5で問題ないレベルでした。

Das Zimmer wirkte auf den ersten Blick super, es hat aber leider nicht lange gebraucht um die ersten Mängel wie Flecken auf dem Teppich, Schimmel in der Dusche, schlecht aufgehängte Fernseher oder kaputte Türrahmen im Bad zu sehen. Der Frühstücksservice leiß extrem zu wünschen übrig, es waren jeden Tag zu wenig Tassen da, stattdessen Papierbecher, das dreckige Geschirr ist teils ewig von verlassenen Tischen nicht abgeräumt worden. Das. Frühstück an sich war in Ordnung, jedoch nichts weltbewegendes, eher mittelmäßig, man hatte irgendwie das Gefühl es gab Personal für Geschirr abräumen und Personal fürs Auffüllen des Frühstücks. Letzteres ist besonders schlecht aufgefallen, statt dafür zu sorgen, dass immer wieder aufgefüllt wird ist man den Gästen beim persönlichen Privatgespräch im weg gestanden oder hat mit dem Handy gespielt. Ein großes Minus war auch, dass das Frühstück einmal vorzeitig beendet worden ist wegen einer Konferenz für das man unbedingt um 10 schon das Frühstück abräumen und die warmhalte sachen fürs Buffet der Konferenz aufstellen müssen. An mehreren Tagen hat man auch schon weit vor ende der offiziellen Frühstückszeit die Kaffeemaschine ausgeschaltet das maximum waren 25 Min meistens aber 10 bis 15 Minuten. Würde empfehlen nach ende der Frühstückszeit erst mit den Speisen anzufangen abzuräumen und eine Kaffeemaschine wenigstens zuletzt auszuschalten. Habe auch mal nachgefragt nach tassen und bin echt unfreundlich behandelt worden. Das geht so nicht!!!
