We had a great stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and having two queen beds made it very comfortable. A welcome fruit plate along with complimentary water was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Overall, everything about the stay was excellent. The only downside was that, due to the conference and banquet rooms, the elevators were often busy, which sometimes led to longer wait times. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The Spa was very small I tried to use it on two ocassions but it already full. The Pool is great. I stayed in the excutive room which gives you access to a private room with snacks and coffeee, this space was nice but you should be able to access hot food in there.

Booked through Hotels.com.app Didn't get off a great start. Checked in and was told that we had received a complimentary upgrade. Went to the room and was surprised (and somewhat preplexed) to learn thay me and my girlfriend had been allocated a Superior Twin room. How on earth is that an upgrade when I booked a superior double? Both rooms I was allocated had welcome notes addressed to occupants. (But not to me, mind you). What most upset me was the dismissive attitude of Alice when I requested I be assigned the original room I had booked and paid for. It was a downgrade and I felt annoyed at being persuaded it was anything else. Lifts are an absolute joke. 2 lifts serving 17 floors is never going to work. those staying there.

Been to this hotel multiple times at this point, even before it was the Leonardo Royal, and it's always worth it for the spa alone. On the whole I always like staying here, and it has a great location for not being in central London. However... check-in was insane. Checked in online, which means nothing - queue was out the door and an American guy was losing his mind as he too had already checked in online, yet still had to queue for 30 mins. And then... my wife and I were put in a DISABLED ROOM. For what reason, I don't know. We were only staying for two nights, so didn't bother complaining, but I do feel like things have maybe fallen apart a little here. On top of that, as nice is the spa is, it was rammed - guessing this poace is now being advertised to big groups (like hen and stag do's) which sucks a bit.
