We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off

Vi boede i et Executive-værelse som var dejlig stort, men alting virker slidt og forholdsvis gammelt. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke noget særligt. Personalet var alle søde, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Generelt synes jeg ok om opholdet, men prisen taget i betragtning, var det lidt under forventet standard. Hotellet har en rigtig god placering i forhold til to undergrundsstationer og Tower Bridge, så det er hurtigt og nemt at komme til og fra hotellet.

Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were excellent—always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located, close to tourist attractions and the Underground. The breakfast was also very good and definitely worth it. The gym is pleasant, and the 25-meter swimming pool is a great facility. My only disappointment was the use of the pool. As a swimmer, I often choose hotels based on whether they have a suitable pool for training, and this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, despite having designated lanes, including a fast lane, it was almost impossible to swim properly, as children often played in the lanes and the fast lane was frequently used by very slow swimmers. I understand this is more about how guests use the pool than the hotel itself, but better organization of the lanes could make a big difference for guests who want to swim for exercise. Apart from this, I had a very positive stay and would recommend the hotel.

Leonardo Hotel Tower Bridge Stay: 17 July – 19 July (1 guest) Overall Review The hotel is in a great location and has good facilities, but unfortunately my stay was let down by several issues with customer service, room maintenance, and the spa experience. Cons * On arrival, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. * The personalised welcome card in my room displayed the wrong name. * The cold water tap in the bath did not work properly. * The table lamp in the room was not working. * Soundproofing between rooms was poor. I could clearly hear loud music from the neighbouring room, which made it difficult to sleep. * At breakfast, there were no halal meat options, and the vegetarian/vegan selection was limited. * Some restaurant staff were unfriendly. One waiter was using their phone while clearing plates, and despite me saying “thank you”, they ignored me and did not acknowledge me. * I paid £105 for a 50-minute relaxing massage at the spa. Unfortunately, the treatment room was next to the swimming pool, and because it was the school holidays, I could hear children shouting and screaming throughout the treatment. I asked the therapist to increase the music volume, but ideally I should have been moved to a quieter room or the background music adjusted from the beginning. * Only one room key was provided. This meant I couldn’t leave a key in the room to keep the lights and power on while I was out, and I had to carry the key with me at all times

Before taking this trip, I stalked the reviews of this hotel daily, so here are my takeaways based on what others said, and our experience: First of all, I contacted the hotel before we left, letting them know that we were celebrating two college graduations on this trip. They couldn't have been nicer: They upgraded our room from superior to executive, and they had bottles of Merlot, a sweet treat and a handwritten card in each room. We instantly felt special and welcome. The hotel is immaculate, and gives an upscale vibe as soon as you enter with its fresh smell, modern decor, and fruited water in the lobby. Many people complained about the lifts being too slow, but we didn't experience this. If there were huge crowds waiting for the two lifts, I can see it, but that was never the case for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and had all that we needed. Everything was very clean, and sometimes we got a knock on our door from a manager asking us if that was the case. The aircon was a Godsend at the end of a warm day of walking. The executive lounge was convenient for drinks and little snacks throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and a great way to start each day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was awesome for walking to The Tower of London, the Tower Hill and Aldgate underground stations, and Uber Boat transport. Book it now!!!

Best hotel in London I stay here every time I visit.

A modern International standard hotel within a stones through of Tower Hill. All well kept, good restaurant and friendly staff. Even got a free dinner with the dice game that was a new one on me. Air conditioning perfect in the hot weather and price in line with the standard provided. Worth a visit and stay

This place is great! Feels like a very upscale hotel - robes and slippers, plenty of towels, shower and deep tub, comfortable beds, good AC. There was plenty of room downstairs to hang or work if you wanted space outside the room. The breakfast buffet looked great. Free fruit and cold water in the lobby each day. Not far from transport - walkable with bags.

Staff was great, especially Matilda at the front desk. Room was clean, air con great (especially during heatwave) and breakfast was delicious. Area had several walkable restaurants.

I switched to this hotel as it had proper ac an a great location. The staff were excellent, in every dept. Great pool an gym. Executive lounge was great for a snack or light breakfast. I loved the large selection of newspapers. I most certainly would stay here again, 5 min walk to Tower of London an the bridge. There was a Tesco near by an a chain pub right across the street.Wetherspoon I think.
