整體酒店房間都好，而已離 Manchester Picc 車站十分近，真的好方便；下次再去曼徹斯特，都會選這間

It’s close to Piccadilly station but not Piccadilly garden, thus not close to the city centre nor shopping / restaurants/ supermarkets. During my stay, first day they do housekeeping but the second day they skipped. We called ar the evening, receptionist said they will arrange housekeeping for us, but after half an hour, when we went to receptionist to ask again while we’re heading out for dinner, they said housekeeping was off duty and could only send us towels etc to our room. Also, false alarm rang on both mornings. In the first morning at around 10-11am, false alarm was on, some residents and us went to the corridor and asked the housekeeping lady, she just told us to ignore. In the second morning, false alarm was On again at around 9:30am. Quite disappointed and unacceptable for a hotel overall.

Extremely inconsiderate to customers benefit. Both lifts are out of order, no notification, we have to carry heavy luggage to walk the stairs of many floors. The reception staff only reply that they already call someone to fix it. Then no other respond

Super comfy bed. Super nice staff. Would be my first choice for manchester visit.

Massive, spacious room with settee as well as the largest bed I’ve been in! Short walk from rail station, only ten min walk from the O2 Apollo (which was the purpose of my visit). Would definitely book again if visiting for gig at that location. Breakfast fantastic too.

I had to call three times plus a direct visit to the front desk for replacement of facial tissues. The room clean was also not on time and I had to ask the front desk twice during 5 days’ stay.

Roads to the car park were closed, and unclear how to get in. Staff ok, but underwhelming overall. Did the job as a stopover though.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have never been disappointed, the staff are lovely, the room excellent and the breakfast was delicious

Hotel was in a great location, staff were friendly and the gym was well equipped. Bar served good food and drinks as well. One downside was the elevators, for such a large hotel they only had 2 accessible on the main entrance and there was always a wait

Pre stay had a few emails back and forth with guest relations manager, they were great help! Reception staff were also amazing, great customer service.

Really friendly, helpful lady on reception. Lovely warm and welcoming lounge/bar area whilst waiting for other parties to join. The room was fresh, clean and very comfortable. We didn't have dinner, but we did enjoy the great breakfast and there was a vast array of choices. Just a 2 minute walk from the station, we would definitely recommend and will certainly stay again next time in Manchester

Great location with easy access to the city centre. Welcoming staff and a lovely room with a large bed and fantastic bathroom. What more do you need.

Our room room and bathroom were huge, a separate double shower and bath. The staff were lovely the hotel was wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have ever had. Very happy, we will definitely book again.
