It’s close to Piccadilly station but not Piccadilly garden, thus not close to the city centre nor shopping / restaurants/ supermarkets. During my stay, first day they do housekeeping but the second day they skipped. We called ar the evening, receptionist said they will arrange housekeeping for us, but after half an hour, when we went to receptionist to ask again while we’re heading out for dinner, they said housekeeping was off duty and could only send us towels etc to our room. Also, false alarm rang on both mornings. In the first morning at around 10-11am, false alarm was on, some residents and us went to the corridor and asked the housekeeping lady, she just told us to ignore. In the second morning, false alarm was On again at around 9:30am. Quite disappointed and unacceptable for a hotel overall.

Extremely inconsiderate to customers benefit. Both lifts are out of order, no notification, we have to carry heavy luggage to walk the stairs of many floors. The reception staff only reply that they already call someone to fix it. Then no other respond

Super comfy bed. Super nice staff. Would be my first choice for manchester visit.

2nd stay here. Nice clean modern spacious room ( king Deluxe). Bath and shower in bathroom. Found the mattress topper a little lumpy but not a big issue. Decent bar area. Easy check in and bonus of having a secure car park. Will return at some point no doubt.

Paid extra for breakfast, wish we hadn’t bothered…..poor selection at the busy times and the first morning ordered omelettes, waited 25 minutes and our buzzer didn’t go off, so went up and they had forgotten, we were rushing so ended up without any breakfast, told the reception but nothing was offered. The room and hotel was lovely and a great location, just won’t book breakfast again.

Good location, reasonable price, nice breakfast and although buffet there was a chef doing fresh eggs and omelettes, plenty of choice but very busy at 9am - we only just got a table and other people were waiting. In the week they do breakfast 6.30 to 9.30 - we was there for leisure and would have preferred a later breakfast as we’d had a late night. Deluxe room was quite big with sofa , table and fridge. We went for a concert at the Etihad - it was a 30 min walk back. Station few minutes away and Arndale centre about 15 minute walk.

The place was amazing.

Great location just a short walk from the station and close to tram line. Staff friendly and very helpful. Our two rooms were luxurious and spotlessly clean. Bathroom had both a bathroom and separate walk in shower. Great shampoos and soaps and a nice tea tray. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was hot and plenty to choose from, but i did expect staff on the hotplate and other staff filling up juices etc arguing over dirty plates from the hot plate rack and who should ding what job when a customer had complained

Ligger sentralt ved Picadelly togstasjon. Ca 15min å gå til Arndale Kjøpesenter. Rommene er store og fine. Gym er average, men gjør susen til et helg opphold. Positivt at det er sauna avdeling med badstue og steam, men det koster £15 for hvert besøk, som er dyrt om man planlegger å besøke hverdag. Frokosten er helt average, kjøkkenet er treige med å lage f.eks. omelett. Vil kalle dette hotellet for en budget+ Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi den det var litt billigere enn Hilton på Deansgate (heter noe annet nå), men prisen ble lik pga Sauna kostnaden. PS! We had a huge issue with the bed. One side of the mattress had completely gone and my husband kept rolling out all night -terrible night sleep. I mentioned this to the duty manager on the morning, was told I would get a call from the manager and I have heard nothing. This is a shame as location of hotel is great for the train station and hotel had a good vibe to it. Just a very uncomfortable night which resulted in minimal sleep.

We had a lovely stay at the Manchester Piccadilly Hotel. The location is excellent, being very close to Manchester Piccadilly Station and within easy walking distance of the city centre, making it a great base for exploring Manchester. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. As check-in was from 4:00 pm, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and spend some time sightseeing before returning later to check in, which was very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester.
