It’s close to Piccadilly station but not Piccadilly garden, thus not close to the city centre nor shopping / restaurants/ supermarkets. During my stay, first day they do housekeeping but the second day they skipped. We called ar the evening, receptionist said they will arrange housekeeping for us, but after half an hour, when we went to receptionist to ask again while we’re heading out for dinner, they said housekeeping was off duty and could only send us towels etc to our room. Also, false alarm rang on both mornings. In the first morning at around 10-11am, false alarm was on, some residents and us went to the corridor and asked the housekeeping lady, she just told us to ignore. In the second morning, false alarm was On again at around 9:30am. Quite disappointed and unacceptable for a hotel overall.

Extremely inconsiderate to customers benefit. Both lifts are out of order, no notification, we have to carry heavy luggage to walk the stairs of many floors. The reception staff only reply that they already call someone to fix it. Then no other respond

Super comfy bed. Super nice staff. Would be my first choice for manchester visit.

First time stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable and well maintained. Staff very nice and efficient. Would recommend.

Adequate accommodation close to Manchester station.

Room a bit dusty and at least have some bottle water in the room for the price

For me to a review about a hotel shows how bad it was I got given he wrong room the showers was discoloured the sink cracked ironing board is on its last leg the cleaning stuff don’t take there time to clean properly It was a waste of money And the breakfast was bad food was cold limited options

Nice enough hotel no complaints Clean, comfortable and lovely shower gel and cream in bathroom. Bed was comfy Quite close to food spots we needed 10 mins walk. Plus train station about same distance

Nice large room with comfortable beds. The room was very noisy due to an event close by that ended at 11pm. We found bread crumbs and an old chip on the floor. The floor left bits on our feet. For the price it should have been quiet and clean. The room cost £261 with £20 for parking. No breakfast included. Not good value for money. When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes.

Clean room and the staff were amazing. Easily accessible from the Piccadilly station like 3-5mins walk. Breakfast was bang on amazing.

Ottimo hotel vicino alla stazione di Piccadilly. In posizione strategica per girare la città e ben collegato con aeroporto e bus gratuiti per girare il centro. Molto buona e varia la colazione Unica pecca in certi momenti due ascensori son pochi, ma non abbiamo mai aspettato più di pochi minuti.

I had an ok experience which immaure was just a blip innthe system , but the room i intially booked was not the one i was given , i gotnplaced in an accessible room for the disabled which i did not need and didnt have some of the extras i had booked for , a simple converstaion got me moved however as i was almost straight out to the event i was attending it wasnt until late that evening i realised that the toilet was blocked in the new room I'd been placed in rendering it unsuitable for use which obviously could have caused some major issues, besides that it was a lovley spacious room with a comfy bed and decent facilities.

The hotel was lovely, great location. Staff friendly however it was noisy! There was a function in the hotel and I could hear the loud music in my room on second floor. In the morning the cleaning staff were also noisy in the corridor shouting to each other

Rooms where clean and spacious, staff where incredibly helpful and kind
