For me to a review about a hotel shows how bad it was I got given he wrong room the showers was discoloured the sink cracked ironing board is on its last leg the cleaning stuff don’t take there time to clean properly It was a waste of money And the breakfast was bad food was cold limited options

Nice large room with comfortable beds. The room was very noisy due to an event close by that ended at 11pm. We found bread crumbs and an old chip on the floor. The floor left bits on our feet. For the price it should have been quiet and clean. The room cost £261 with £20 for parking. No breakfast included. Not good value for money. When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes.

I had an ok experience which immaure was just a blip innthe system , but the room i intially booked was not the one i was given , i gotnplaced in an accessible room for the disabled which i did not need and didnt have some of the extras i had booked for , a simple converstaion got me moved however as i was almost straight out to the event i was attending it wasnt until late that evening i realised that the toilet was blocked in the new room I'd been placed in rendering it unsuitable for use which obviously could have caused some major issues, besides that it was a lovley spacious room with a comfy bed and decent facilities.

The hotel was lovely, great location. Staff friendly however it was noisy! There was a function in the hotel and I could hear the loud music in my room on second floor. In the morning the cleaning staff were also noisy in the corridor shouting to each other

Room and amenities are quite basic - it's a 4 star hotel but does not have that feel in the room at all. It has a student hall feel, which is not what is advertised. The bar area is nice enough.

Stay was okay, room condition isn’t what I’d expect from a Marriott. spotted some left over crumbs by the sofa, toilet seat is misaligned, one of the flush buttons doesn’t work, during flush and toilet refill it makes an annoying noise for about 5minutes. The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower. Everything else was good, bed was comfortable and had a decent sleep with little noise.

I stayed for three nights in a deluxe king size room and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was a fantastic size, very bright and airy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, the shower is one of the best I've used at a hotel and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is also a perfect starting point for exploring the city with great access to public transport and parking. I'll definitely be staying again.

5 minute walk from Picadilly train station where you can also get trams all round the city. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast choices and extensive restaurant menu. We chose a room with 2 double beds which were very comfortable. It had a bath and separate shower which functioned properly (in my experience of hotels this was very pleasing!). Huge TV and plenty of space in the room. I would definitely return again.
