這裡佢離 Sheffield city center 大約 15mins 車程. 因為自架逰. 這所酒店有免費泊車， 房間寛敞. 不過酒店附近沒有其它商店 或便利店. 有須要請先準備好才回酒店啊！

The hotel was just fine for what I needed. Clean and serviceable. My negatives are that the shower was terrible, it was literally a dribble. The fridge in room was useful but so noisy I had to turn it off to sleep and as far the eco pledge goes, I put my towel back on the radiator folded as they say they will only replace if it’s on the floor but they still gave me a brand new towel!

Very helpful staff. We arrived very early and they facilitated early check-in without us even asking. Breakfast was very good. Overall excellent value for money. Well done!

On the day before our arrival at the Mercure, the hotel had contacted Hotels.com to say our booking was cancelled. Even although the booking was made 8 months before in November. I got a voicemail from Hotels.com, which I didn't pick up, at 6 a.m. the day we were due to go to the Mercure Sheffield Parkway they then phoned my mobile while I was driving so unable to answer. We did get the message about the cancellation around 11.30 a.m.and phoned the hotel.A very unhelpful lady answered, saying our booking had been cancelled and to contact Hotels.com . No apology, no reason given. My friend and I don't know the area and were on our way to a day at a flower show. We spent over an hour trying to contact hotels.com with no success mainly due to being without a signal where we were. It was sorted early evening after a heated discussion between myself and the hotels.com representative. The replacement hotel was good . Location, staff and comfort all very good. But the day had been very stressful .

Helpful staff, plenty of parking

Overall, this hotel is good for an overnight stay or two. Facilities/ cleanliness is average. We stayed as we were attending a wedding near the hotel.

Good staff and a good hotel

I booked the hotel on a business trip and chose what I thought was a well recognised, reliable chain. A key requirement for a hotel on a business trip is reliable internet, and the Mercure does not have this. After several complaints about the internet not working they gave me the conference login, this did not work, they then gave me the staff login and this did not work. It took me 4 hrs to complete 40 mins work of my intermittent phone internet. Many others also complained on the day. The hotel needs to up its game as it is not at the cheap end of the market and annoying things like the key card not working property exacerbated my poor experience. Would not visit this hotel again.

Overall, it was good for us to stay there

Nice hotel on M1 access, with plenty of parking.

Check in was easy and room was clean on arrival - window didn’t shut properly and heating was a bit temperamental, eventually being too warm in middle of night - it was one night so for the price perfectly decent - breakfast was pretty decent with a good cooked selection and some cold alternatives. Approx £20 taxi ride into Sheffield.

Visiting for a one night stay for the Kyle Tension Tour concert, receptionist was friendly and helpful , offered to call a taxi in advance of the concert.

The staff were amazing and so very helpful, really made a big difference.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful

Perfect overnight stay. Warm welcome and checked in quickly giving details of taxi and uber services to Sheffield Arena where we were going. Lovely clean room and everything what you needed. Lovely breakfast in the morning with a good choice of hot and cold food.

Staff were fantastic but although listed air con was not available on the hottest day of the year. We were lucky we had a fantastic but they quickly ran out of those and had a waiting list. Breakfast was cleared away at 9.30 without asking if we'd finished or wanted anything else.

Room very warm, Hotel would not turn on Air Conditioning system saying it was too early in the year to do that.
