I was a bit flustered when I arrived but my host took it in his stride and walked me through everything. I was especially surprised and grateful for the free top up for my EV as this can be a bone of contention on trips. The only thing I feel could be helpful would be to offer a fan for the room as there is no A/C and it was particularly hot but, apart from that minor issue, it was a lovely stay and I hope to return again soon.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door een enthousiaste eigenaar (Petter). We waren ruim te vroeg al op locatie maar de kamer was al klaar en we waren welkom. Ruime nette en schone kamer en badkamer met een koelkastje en goede wifi. En voldoende ruimte op het terrein om gratis te parkeren. Het guest house ligt op een minuut of 25 lopen van het centrum. Maar vlak voor de deur stoppen ook zeer frequent bussen als je daar gebruik van wilt maken. Wat ons betreft een prima verblijf!

Convenient to bus routes, and quiet place to sleep after a long day in Oxford. Just down the street from Magdalen Arms, our favourite pub for delicious dinner!
Room is small, but comfortable enough for 2.
Petar was kind to mail an item left behind free of charge.
