The staff were rude and unhelpful. We booked breakfast to host some friends and then when we went to the restaurant they claimed they had no knowledge of the booking they left us to make shift a table and then informed us they had no hot drinks/ smoothies or pancakes! We had intended to book the restaurant but after that experience we went elsewhere. They reluctantly provided room service one evening but again it was begrudgingly. Massively underwhelmed

The hotel and the room are beautiful and the staff are great. Food was excellent. Parking included was appreciated. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my preference of a softer mattress and no additional mattress topper was available when asked.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bar under the hotel is definitely one to visit.

Amazing room and facilities, easy check in and friendly staff. However it is incredibly noisy at night time (which the hotel do pre-warn you about and supply ear plugs) so if you’re someone who can’t sleep with background noise then this is definitely not the place for you.

Lovely comfortable room that was a fantastic base for our trip.

Overall stay was perfect. Parking was easy to access. Check in was smooth and room was cosy and clean, decorative to a high standard. Room was a little too warm, had to sleep with noisy aircon on. Feeling very festive around the restaurant and bar, lovely to see.

Amazing and beautiful hotel

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at and I've stayed in a lot.. The room was a lovely place to rest, the double rainfall shower was just great. The pillows and bed linen were soft & dreamy.. Loved every minute, so good to be so close to the Gin & Juice bar which is part of the hotel.. Amazing Gins, Rums and anyother drink you could think of. Parking was easy and very close to the hotel - Overall amazing.. Ohhh forgot to mention just how good the staff were.. Thankyou we will return.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are super stylish with lots of little nice touches. Super comfortable beds with a million enormous pillows. Slept well. Great decor everywhere and super friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. But, this is not a quiet hotel. The street noise and the bar noise are intrusive. We stayed at the weekend so revving cars/revellers shouting and singing/music etc. were very noisy. Our own fault for choosing a city hotel for a weekend away but it was pretty bad and did affect our experience. Not the hotel's fault though. Just something to keep in mind. Also just one more point. The rooms are obviously designed to be moody/sexy spaces, but there needs to be some adjustable lighting for putting on make-up/getting ready etc. The bathroom lighting was especially poor. Would have been great to turn up the lighting for getting ready, and then turn it down when done. Nothing worse than half light for putting your mascara on!

The first night was a disaster with a room the size of a shoebox and a very long, narrow, metal spiral staircase downstairs to the bathroom which had a door that opened directly onto the corridor. This was room 35. However, despite the hotel being full, the following day we were moved to a delightful and much more suitable room and were very happy with our stay after that.

Good parking. Nice hotel. A little noise from the bar. Breakfast was lovely but the tent set up is a little strange.

Beautiful premises and lovely, friendly Staff. Great Japanese Restaurant too.
