The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room temperature - it moved up only 0.1 degree. I gave up eventually and went to bed early. The bathroom is very bad, the basin is so small that I cannot wash my face without wetting my feet. The water is not hot enough and the no-door design of the shower area easily flooded the whole floor after my wash. There should be a on-Site staff to whom you may call for help, to be fair. But I just went strict to bed.

They scam your money from the deposit of 350 pounds by making false claim there was something wrong with the room after you check out. In my case it was "sofa stain"which I have video evidence to proof it was there at time of check-in. And they do not reply your email afterwards. I have reported this to the government. Be careful.

Overall a lovely apartment in a beautiful building and centrally located. Clean, well equipped kitchen. 4 stars because the window blinds starting to get worn out and the bathroom was really a bit too small with no screen to stop water getting everywhere.

Lovely apartment, had everything you need. The welcome was okay but given that it was my first time there it would have been nice to have a bit more information. Also the picture of the exterior of the apartments didn't look like the same place, (the pictures show a cafe/restaurant below ) so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. I would definitely stay again. Nice to have White Company lotions!

Great place to stay. Very central with restaurants and bars near by. Immaculate decor and cleanliness. Only thing I would say is it was quite noisy and was very warm. Would stop again though.

Great location.

Super stay, would use again, one point to note, that as stated when booking, parking is a 10 min walk, so if you have heavy bags, best to drop off when booking in (No storage points for baggage), Then park up. I used Snow Hill car park. Good location for all shops and restaurants, clean and well presented. It was a super hot day when we stayed, and a fan was made available in the room (no air conditioning in the rooms)

The room looked new and had everything that you would need.

I had a lovely stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. Check in was quick and easy. The apartment was beautiful and in a lovely part of the city.

Whilst we enjoyed it all there were a couple of things I would like to bring to your attention. We booked through Hotels.com, the location info is misleading and incorrect. Had you simply said next to Sabai Sabia and the Cosy club we'd have know immediately where you were, instead we had to call you for directions Room was fine but it was too close to the road and reception, despite your noise suppression it was noisy in the bedrooms. If we stay again we would require confirmed higher floor rooms possibly at the back rather than on the road side. Heating despite following your instruction and transfering the little man in the house and ticking to confirm your rather high tech wonderful and gorgeous radiators did not offer any warmth, no matter how many times we tried, the boiler seemed to kick in but we did not get the joy of any heat. Apart from these annoying niggles we were most impressed with the apartment. Incidentally, we were checked in by Roderick who is a most kind, helpful, pleasant professional gentleman.

The apartments are in a beautiful building that’s in a super location in Birmingham close to restaurants, bars, shops, and public transport. Well decorated, comfortable beds, reasonably equipped kitchen facilities - nothing really to fault! A great place to stay. A couple of the blind pulleys were broken in my room, meaning I couldn’t close/open them but that was a small inconvenience. They do provide washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs but there’s no store cupboard items like oil, seasonings, or tin foil, so you’ll need those if you plan on cooking in the kitchen. Overall, I’d recommend the apartments.

Excellent small apartment with comfortable bed, good kitchen area and great shower. Only drawback is the very small shower screen, meaning the whole of the bathroom floor floods. Very quiet, central and 5 minutes from the station. Highly recommended

Amazing apartments, we booked three for our stay. Clean, lovely decor, great size. Couldn’t find a better location, directly in the centre.

Daria and her team are really fantastic. This was my second stay here and every bit as good as the first. But this time i arrived to a lovely welcome card ( and chocolates ) from Daria. Having been used to hotels in Birmingham for so long this is really a breath of fresh air. Even when i thought i was arrving after office closing time everything was planned for me. Another great stay
