The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room temperature - it moved up only 0.1 degree. I gave up eventually and went to bed early. The bathroom is very bad, the basin is so small that I cannot wash my face without wetting my feet. The water is not hot enough and the no-door design of the shower area easily flooded the whole floor after my wash. There should be a on-Site staff to whom you may call for help, to be fair. But I just went strict to bed.

They scam your money from the deposit of 350 pounds by making false claim there was something wrong with the room after you check out. In my case it was "sofa stain"which I have video evidence to proof it was there at time of check-in. And they do not reply your email afterwards. I have reported this to the government. Be careful.

My stay was short only for the night but the room was clean the environment quiet, the concierge was very polite, and above all the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful building. Lovely welcome. The apartment was fabulous and we felt safe and looked after throughout our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.

Beautiful building with original and refurbished deco interiors. Elegant apartment with lots of natural light from dual aspect windows. Spacious living / kitchen area with all amenities including some washing-up liquid! Classy bathroom with fab shower and heavenly White Company toiletries. High-end fixtures and fittings including chrome deco style door handles and stylish radiators. Excellent customer service - we had a small problem which Beth sorted immediately, and she was also very helpful with recommending local restaurants and bars. A five star experience which we would highly recommend. Can't wait to return.

Lovely apartments but mine was extremely hot (31 degrees) and the bathroom even hotter due to no aircon. It was also very noisy as could here bottles being emptied most of night and morning from bars etc behind

Lovely stay, nice clean apartment, perfect location

Great location and apartment, the staff are very friendly too. Right in the heart of Birmingham city centre, parking at B4parking isn’t too far and you get a discount if you enter your vehicle registration on the tablet in the lobby when you check out. Only downside is the noise due to the bars around however that’s expected given the location

Lovely place to stay - check in was excellent, apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Fab location which was accessible to shops and restaurants.

Absolutely fabulous contemporary update of a heritage building. Beautifully appointed and managed with everything we needed for a home away from home.

It’s a nice enough apartment but little disappointed with the tv not being a smart tv, at this price point it really should have better entertainment options so you can cast stuff from your phone, the sofa was also mega tiny and uncomfortable But apart from that the apartment was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and warm enough etc. but like I say when you get an apartment you generally spend more time in it so expect better facilities especially at this price point.

The place was lovely, and looks very high standard. However the man at reception is very grumpy, condescending, passive aggressive and frankly rude. He made me feel like a nuisance for arriving earlier than I originally said, spoke to me like a child who's never used a fob or a door key before.

Very noisy at a weekend due to the bins being directly outside the window of the apartment, the windows don’t block out any noise. Don’t expect any sleep! The gentleman also told me he upgraded us however this clearly wasn’t the case. Which I wasn’t bothered about, but don’t tell someone something if it’s not factual. The apartment itself is beautiful, and location is perfect for centre of town.
