This is the best hotel experience I have had in recent memory. Everything from the location to the staff to the room to the food was truly wonderful. We are staying at a hotel in a different city now and it just reinforces how special the Nomad is. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Great staff, generous service, and the best accessible bathroom we've ever booked - they are usually so clinical, 2nd rate, but this is well designed and luxurious.

Excellent in every way! The room the bed the bathroom all a 10! Every person who works there is so friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect!

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. Excellent bars and restaurant, quiet rooms and great location for Covent Garden and west end theatres.

My favourite hotel in London. A short walk from the tube (easy access from Heathrow), plenty of restaurants and boutiques around. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I just love grabbing a quick drink in the Library before going to the theatre.

Location was central to theatres and Covent Garden, and the staff, service, attention to our comfort and overall experience left out nothing!

This is now my go-to hotel for opera and theatre in the West End. Despite temperatures in the low 40's I didn't need a coat to walk across the street to the Royal Opera House. My room was charmingly decorated with a modernized bathroom featuring very hot water and excellent water pressure. the coupon for two complimentary cocktails were put to good use in the restaurant and the library lounge. Staff are among the friendliest and most efficient of any hotel. The closing bill offers the opportunity for a gratuity for all staff. This is a great idea if you are not changing much currency and do not have small bills for tips.

A very beautiful and vast building that has been interestingly presented by its owners. The whole place is noir and feels like stepping into all the following: The Crow movie and comic, Tim Burton's Gotham City and the vault in Gringott's Bank in Harry Potter. The dining and bar spaces are cavernous and it feels like being in a wine cellar. The rooms above are excellently decorated and quiet albeit small due to the Victorian architecture of the area. Being right across from the opera house, the location is excellent and enviable. In general, it's pricey for the size of the rooms. However you will get a good night's sleep and enjoy the interior design of the building. I would stay again.

Stylish and comfy

Everything was great from the moment we were greeted at the door, recception, and escorted to our rooms. Received and upgrade per my level at Hotels.com which was appreciated.

Great hotel and staff. Only critique is that the rooms were small for the price, especially compared to other options.
