Excellent hotel in the heart of the action. Specifically the concierge, Leo, went far above and beyond to help us sort whatever we needed to be sorted. He is the BEST and I would stay here again just for his expertise!9 Clean, friendly staff, nice property, and highly recommended hotel! 100% will stay here again.

This hotel is wonderfully located in the Covent Garden. The rooms were very nice and the bathroom was very large. The shower was something I would like to take home. There are a lot of restaurants immediately around the hotel and the Royal opera and ballet performance center is right across the street.
