Check in was quick and efficient. We stayed on a Friday and were able to use the car park. Although we didn’t use the restaurant, we had a few drinks at the Norfolk tap which was lovely and staff great. We popped into the hotel for a nightcap and had a lovely chat to the night porter. Next time in Arundel, we will be sure to stay here again. A very positive experience

Well situated in the centre of Arundel. Room was fine, with a comfortable bed. Excellent dinner and friendly staff. Hotel is in a very old building, parts of which are showing their age. Good value for an overnight stay and would use it again.

Good stay apart from breakfast. I had vegetarian, very greasy hash browns and vegi sausages were much. Partner had normal breakfast and had same issue with greasy hash browns and limp bacon.
The next morning we both just had toast.

Hotel and room was lovely and clean.
Room was spacious, just a shame the room didn’t have a shower, however we were advised before arrival.
Would definitely stay again.
