歴史あるArundelのホテルでの滞在は、それなりに楽しめましたが、部屋の床は斜めで、ベッドも傾いて、慣れるのに苦労しました。トイレの流れも悪く、レセプションに電話したら、見に来てくれるのは３時間後との事！仕方なく、レセプション横のトイレを使いました。もう少し、内装や水回りを改善してくれれば、立地は最高なのでお勧めできます。

The attic rooms, which are expensive, are not fit for purpose in hot weather. No air-con, of course, but you can barely open the windows. The sun blasts on to the roof just above and creates an oven! The provided fan was little help. Very bad night's sleep. The unhelpful receptionist told me that the hot room was due to the heat. I asked if we could swap rooms, but he said the hotel was fully booked, despite a portable sign outside saying 'Rooms available tonight'.
Breakfast was very poor. Probably the worst I've had in a hotel for a long time.
I found a lot of the staff unhelpful, aloof and off-hand.
Foul-smelling paint pots had been left on the staircase, which were a tripping hazard.
We won't be going back.

This hotel is steeped in history- it is well located in Arundel but it is tired - had a annex room - immediately we walked into the corridor it smelled musty - the art work and the carpets old and tired.
Room - clean - not luxurious- functional- furniture old - beds clean and comfortable. There were notices to tell you that should you spill anything on the carpet then expect a £100 fine . Bathroom basic - shower worked ok - black mould around basin taps and basin was stained.
Convenient location- there is an overnight parking charge which we hadn’t expected. Bar was closed by 10pm.

너무 클래식한 호텔이라 젊은 분들에게 추천드리기가 어렵습니다. 어차피 아룬델이라는 도시가 굳이 1박이 필요하지 않기도 하기 때문에 차라리 인근데 더 좋은 리조트를 숙받하시는 걸 추천드립니다. 굉장히 오래된 호텔을 쓰는 걸 좋아하신다면 추천드립니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 등 불편한 점이 많았습니다.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of train station, castle, cathedral, local shops and cafes/restaurants.
We watched the World Cup football in the Tap Bar downstairs. Staff were lovely and welcoming and the bar had a nice atmosphere and buzz to it.
5* for warmth and friendliness of staff and location. 3.5* for rooms - great for a night's stay and clean and comfortable. The complimentary biscuits and water were a nice touch.

Considering the building was built in 1783, it's in remarkably good condition. The bedroom was modern, with all the amenities you'd expect. All the people that work there are great, but the wife and I spent time talking to Lara and Eddie in the bar - both lovely people. The food was nice, the drink prices reasonable, and the breakfast we had in the morning was very nice, and served by a very polite, friendly, and hard working young lady - who's name I didn't get. This was a spur-of-the- moment trip to Arundel. We like it there, so I'm hoping we'll make another visit soon.

Contacted hotel prior to arrival to explain due to mobility difficulties I needed a ground floor room, charged extra £15 for this. Communal area to annexe very tired and in need of new carpet and paint. Room old fashioned which was fine,it was quaint, but not very clean and tiny bathroom. Lovely comfy bed. Overpriced because it is in the centre of Arundel with very little competition. Not wheelchair friendly
