Simple and fair price for family stay

Very comfy and convenient

the sofa bed is very poor quality

The hotel is close to train station and very convenient for people who travel by train. And, it's clean compared with other hotels.

We always stay at the Novotel when we visit Bristol as it is a great central base for exploring, the staff are lovely, it has good parking and it is also dog-friendly - what's not to like!

Tout s'est passé parfaitement grâce au personnel. On y retournera l'année prochaine et on recommande cet hôtel à tous nos amis

Air conditioning in the room did not work, which was disappointing

Bon sejour, hotel un peu vieillot qui merite un coup de fraicheur. Moquettes pas impeccables. Personnel qui ne dit pas bonjour mis a part 2 personnes. Dommage.

El desayuno nos gustó mucho, que hubiera fuente de agua filtrada en cada planta y una pequeña zona de juegos en la planta baja junto a recepción con futbolín, xbox… La habitación estaba bien y tenia nevera, cosa que se agradece mucho. Los mandos de la ducha iban un poco duros.

Location is actually quite far from the city centre. The service and the cleanliness, the room, the bed are more like a 3* rather than 4*

A pleasant overnight stay at the Novotel, Bristol. Staff were excellent and i was pleased with the size of the room.

Ideal location for us, with great parking. Good base within Bristol, ‘all’ walkable.

We booked 2 rooms and although both were on the same floor they could not have been further apart. The bed was made each day but the tea and milk only replenished on one of the 3 days of our stay. If it wasnt that the hotel has its own car park we would probably stay elsewhere.

Great location for a weekend in Bristol. Couldn't fault the hotel at all.

I love the Novotel in Bristol. Have stayed a few times already and they have all been great experiences. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean, the staff have always been super lovely. This stay was no different. It's always a consistently pleasant experience staying here. It also helps that the train station is less than a 10 minute walk.

Hurtig check-in. Ren værelse. Ren badeværelse. Ok senge. Ok morgenmad. God beliggenhed til togstation og lufthavnsbus.

Good location. Room amenities were fine. The air conditioning wasn't functioning, and when i reported that, it wasn't fixed, and their was no acknowledge that it wasn't taken care of.

Very rude & unhelpful staff at reception.
