We always stay at the Novotel when we visit Bristol as it is a great central base for exploring, the staff are lovely, it has good parking and it is also dog-friendly - what's not to like!

Location is actually quite far from the city centre. The service and the cleanliness, the room, the bed are more like a 3* rather than 4*

We booked 2 rooms and although both were on the same floor they could not have been further apart. The bed was made each day but the tea and milk only replenished on one of the 3 days of our stay. If it wasnt that the hotel has its own car park we would probably stay elsewhere.

I love the Novotel in Bristol. Have stayed a few times already and they have all been great experiences. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean, the staff have always been super lovely. This stay was no different. It's always a consistently pleasant experience staying here. It also helps that the train station is less than a 10 minute walk.

Nice and close to train station. Guy on reception not particularly welcoming sadly. Thankfully lady on checkout was lovely. Nice clean hotel.

It’s in a very convenient location for my needs. Rooms are spacious if not a little 90s and ready for a bit of a makeover. The aircon was heavily used during a heat wave and was struggling to meet demand. The check in process wasn’t what I was expecting; they were quite uninterested.
Health and safety was a low priority in this property with chairs stacked against an emergency exit and pressure washing in front of the property leaving hoses unattended and unsafe without any signage.
