Beautiful setting with good parking. Mattress was far too firm and unfortunately ruined what was otherwise a nice peaceful nights sleep. On check out the staff advised that they would have provided extra bedding had we contacted them. So perhaps any subsequent stay would be more comfortable.

Parking was very easy and staff were amazing. Only thing I would comment on is the room we were in was looking a bit tired and was in need of a deep clean a lot of dust in higher up places and the breakfast should have more options.

Excellent two night stay with my daughter. Beautiful hotel, staff amazing, professional and attentive.
Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea on arrival, great start to our mini break.
We stayed in Elm room, lots of space, lovely and warm very clean and the comfiest bed and pillows!
Lovely large bathroom the only thing I’d change would be to upgrade the bathroom as very dated.
Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the staff. Management should be proud of the staff and how they treat their guests :)

What really stood out was how incredibly fast the team reacted when we realised the bedding contained feathers – entirely our oversight for not requesting a change before arrival. The staff were unfailingly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel, and our suite was absolutely gigantic. We loved it!

Alex and Millie were fantastic hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much. The room was stunning, the food was phenomenal and well priced for the portion sizes.

Room was great ,very spacious, lovely views, the only noise we experienced was the birds singing😁 there was some dust on the coffee tray but all in all room was great. All Staff were so polite, helpful and work hard throughout the day. Their uniforms were spotless, staff were very well presented.The atmosphere was very chilled. Gardens were well maintained , so was the hotel. This is our 2nd time staying and we will definetly coming back in the near future. We said the summer as both times we ve stayed winter times.
