Good

Front desk old man poker face and impolite. The room is small, price performance ratio is low. Only advantage is near station and walkable to nearby facilities. many hotel surrounding and next to residential area which brings quiet and safe environment.

整體住宿舒適，離地鐵站不遠。房間，浴室環境非常乾淨，床墊有點舊已凹陷，隔音需加強，關窗還是可以聽到外面街道聲音。早餐內容不多但是阿姨態度很好。

Good: lift available, very nice breakfast ladies, very good location Not so good: small room, not much facilities available in room (no slipper, dental set, water boiler), poor soundproof

Good Location, but I wish they could turn on the heat, the humidity was pretty high in the room （maybe because of the rain), i woke up in the early morning because it was too cold.

This is a very convenient hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Yet, an average rating at 7.8 (at the time when I booked) was over-rated in my opinon. There are numerous hotels along the Sussex Gardens of equally convenience, Olympia did not stand out as such. Facility itself is barely sufficient, e.g there is no air exhaust nor floor drain in the tiolet. Maintenance is also minimum with broken glass not replaced and towel with holes still in use. There were many comments on the inadquacy of the WiFi in the hotel. We found that was due to poor coverage: at one corner of the room the signals were strong; at the other end, we found that we got better signals from two other hotels nearby. We had no complain on the breakfast though - choices were limited but quantity was sufficient.

Clean room, nice bed, my kids said the bed so comfortable. Location is absolutely convenient.

地點很好，尤其要去機場的話，直接在paddington搭火車非常方便。附近有很多餐廳和商店。房間舒適，小卻乾淨。只是每天凌晨最冷的時候，暖氣卻會關掉，會冷醒。我住宿的是單人房，有朋友來，被禁止進入我的房間，儘管只是來拜訪我，櫃台也不準我朋友進入飯店，我覺得不太合理。早餐很簡單，不算豐盛。

I recently stayed at the Olympic House for 8 nights in mid-December. The location is excellent. A few minutes walk to Paddington Station. A few minutes walk to Hyde Park. Every space in the hotel is immaculate. It’s family owned and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and saying hi to her most mornings. Breakfast was efficient and adequate. I won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Way better than expected, spotlessly clean, recently renovated and quiet. I will be back!

The room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, but I didn’t try it. I would have liked to have at least a kettle or a fridge in the room, I would prefer not to be dependent on going outside for food and drinks. For those visiting in winter, the room is definitely very warm and the temperature can be adjusted. I tried to reach the reception a few times but couldn’t get through. There were some very noisy guests on my floor who caused disturbance; when I reported it, they didn’t show much interest, but since it was my last day, I didn’t dwell on it. As for the area, it is close to everything, that’s why I chose it. It’s a 3–4 minute walk to Paddington train station and 10 minutes to Hyde Park. I would stay again.
