We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.

The hotel adds a Service Fee on top of the Hotels.com booking price. It is "optional", but it is hidden when you check in (on a screen-based system). The staff and team are lovely, but I strongly object on principle to how the hotel tries to sneak this in without making it obvious.

A great hotel in the heart of Shoreditch. The staff were so helpful nd attentive and nothing was too much bother. If you're studying, they offer a Do Not Disturb offer where you receive £25 bar voucher to use if you're happy for your room not to be cleaned.
Beds were super comfy and although we were on the first floor facing the main road, the noise from the street was minimal. Highly recommended!
