We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.

Excellent modern hotel, well located in Shoreditch. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the future. Close to everything , night life , restaurants, public transportation, everything is close by. Hotel had lots of amenities and communicated with me effectively when I had any questions.

The check-in staff were fantastic, particularly the girl whose name I believe started with G. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, truly a valuable asset to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely menu and prompt service. My room was well-equipped but the carpet was badly stained which left a negative impression. Will be back again .

We loved our stay. The room was light, spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly, and the area we can highly recommend. We would love to come back again soon

Lovely hotel. Staff excellent and very helpful. Clean and modern and great location. Only downside for me - larger softer towels needed!

Really friendly helpful staff. Joy to stay and very accomodating. Recommend if you're looking to explore the hip end of London.

Pros : room - spacious and clean. Staff - friendly and polite. Location - convenient and well linked with public transport and local shopping / places to eat. Cons : it’s a bit cheeky how many extra fees there are. Ie we had paid extra for breakfast but a cappuccino is not included. Service charges being added to the final bill on check out. Feels like a bit of a Ryanair experience - minus the low initial fees. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I slept well and it was a great base to explore London. But the additional charges throughout soured the stay and made many of my interactions with staff feel a lot more transactional which is disappointing for a hotel which markets itself (and charges) as a luxury hotel.

Great stay and lovely staff

Great rooms, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff.

Very clean and comfortable to stay. Staff was always very helpful. There’s a bus station right outside, so it was very easy to move around the city.

The staff were excellent and the room was very clean with good amenities. The hotel itself is a good 20 to 25 minute walk from the closest tube and the directions a little confusing. In retrospect would recommend taking a taxi from the tube to the hotel and back again. There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity but a bit of a walk to find fine dining.

All excellent. Only annoying thing is thbat the lobby apparently gets taken over as an internet cafe by people not living at the hotel. So if you are waiting there is nowhere to sit

Absolutely unbeatable location right in the heart of shoreditch with walkability to markets , amazing pubs , restaurants and shops. 10/10 bar in the lower level of the hotel that was a vibe. Room was spacious if you book the “extra” room - definitely suggest paying the additional cost for , we viewed the smaller room as they attempted a downgrade with our room unavailable on check in - and it’s significantly smaller.

Stylish, well-functioning - a relaxing oasis on Shoreditch high street. My go-to hotel in London. Some staff seemed very new this time (we found it difficult to order a cup of coffee up to the room - called front desk and the first time what arrived was bags of instant) but all tried and were super friendly. Love 100 Shoreditch <3
