Lovely hotel, excellent location. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and when it was discovered it could not be fixed right away, they switched us to a different room very quickly and even left us a voucher for drinks with their apologies

I had such a great experience at One Hundred Shoreditch. The hotel is super clean, modern, and stylish, and the amenities were even better than expected. The common spaces, breakfast area, and rooftop lounge were all perfect places to unwind. What really made my stay special was the staff they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

To begin with I was asked to pay £100 deposit on top of my room bill which was paid incorrect. I asked staff about this and was told there was a circa £18 service charge which they could remove, I kindly asked them too as I believe a room rate is inclusive and I should not be charged more There are no signs to the pool so I never found it The coffee shop staff were rude My booking included 20% off food but I was told all restaurants were separate to the hotel and therefore I would get no dis point but could use it at the rooftop bar - which upon inspection is a corridor width with only cocktails so we left The room was fine but nothing else was worth the money I paid The rooftop bar can play music until midnight on the weekends which I wasn’t advised of before booking. It also meant there were lots of people in and around the hotel from the bar It would suit some people but not for me

The bar could be open later and the staff at breakfast were a bit slow acknowledging we were waiting to be seated. The lobby and reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was superb.

Fabulous hotel in Shoreditch, just 5-10 mins walk from Liverpool St station. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 staying and there was ample room. Would definitely recommend.
