I had the most amazing time at One Hundred Shoreditch especially as a solo female traveler. The staff were amazing the moment I checked in, they made me feel right at home sharing plenty of recommendations to someone new to London like me. I had great chats with Ayaub, Golder and Mickey (excuse the spelling!) every day when I arrived or left the hotel. It's a great vibe, they have a nice lobby where a lot of folks are working from alongside a coffee shop. The rooftop bar and Seed Library bar were amazing as well I had delicious cocktails. Location is very central to Shoreditch and my room was amazing, it had a little nook with a city view and I sat by the window everyday people watching. I can't wait to visit again!

Everything I liked everything about this property. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and very helpful. The location is fantastic. The rooms were great. It’s definitely a fav.

We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.

Disappointed with this hotel. The room was lovely, spacious and clean, but when you pay £700 for a two night stay you expect more than a room. The amenities you would expect from a good London hotel just aren't there - we were very disappointed to learn that their rooftop restaurant and bar is only open Thur-Sat and their cocktail bar is also closed on a Mon & Tue (the nights we stayed!) so the hotel was pretty dead with nothing to do. We actually chose to go and spend time at others like the Hoxton instead which when you're paying £700+ for a stay on a Monday & Tuesday evening you should not have to do - at the very least these days should be discounted. Add this to the fact that everything is automated so you have to check yourself in and out on the kiosks vs with a person, and housekeeping didn't come until 3.30pm in the afternoon, just not what we expected for the money paid. Didn't feel good value at all compared to other London hotels that you pay a similar price for with much better ameneties.

Beautifully appointed large, bright, airy rooms in the heart of a buzzing, hip neighborhood. Capable and friendly staff, and a cool rooftop bar (reservations strongly recommended in nice weather).

The room was clean, very well lit and spacious.
The beds were incredibly comfy and everything was very well provided.
The only really minor complaints I had were that the shower didn’t seem particularly strong and I’m pretty sure the room I was given wasn’t the one I booked but I was still very happy with the one I ended up with.
Would I stay again? If they’d have me, yes, yes I would.

Great location for access to East and Central London. Lovely design and details and the team were so friendly and helpful. The main road can be noisy so request a quiet room if you’re a light sleeper.

Hotel is modern with beautiful paintings and artwork. Loved all the natural wood prominence. Location is awesome, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Shoreditch area has a very vibrant young community. Loved the free water dispenser for both sparkling and still water in the hallways. I loathe paying for water in hotels. Free breakfast is also a plus.
The only negative is that the television remote control was not user friendly, nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

I was double-charged by this hotel, and they refuse to acknowledge this error despite sharing proof from my bank statements via Hotels.com CS. They also fail to respond to emails asking for invoices that would support or sense-check my claim.
They have also not refunded the stay deposit, despite not using any minibar or paid facilities. I assume these errors are linked as they're from the same stay.
Their customer service is unresponsive, and Hotels.com are also being useless at rectifying this error despite proof of payment. I've stayed a hundreds of hotels from hostels right though to 5* and never had this issue or received zero response to queries.
The hotel itself is nice, clean and bright - and well located, albeit has very loud street noise on weekend nights due to proximity to clubs, bars and takeaway places open late.
