Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Peter Scott. Nous étions à quelques minutes à pieds de l’université et facilement accessible en bus depuis la gare (X20,21 ou 22)
Le Check-in se fait à l’hôtel principale (Edgbaston Park Hotel) qui se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue principale, c’est également là que l’on prend le petit déjeuner. Tout le monde était adorable et accueillant. La chambre était confortable et très calme. Nous avons eu un souci avec les toilettes qui a été réparé immédiatement. Assurément nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous devons revenir à l’université de Birmingham.

The receptionist at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm. The location is perfect for staying near campus. Not a bad price either.

I rated it overall at 5 stars but if posible I’d give it 5and a half stars since the issues are easy to fix.
There were a few cosmetic issues in bathroom (eg cracked base of shower) and the shower head itself needs replacing or fixing because it occasionally gave spirts of cold and hot water.
But it was a still much better than other rooms we’ve stayed for a similar price close to the university.

I was fortunately moved to the main building and had a good stay, although the breakfast coffee was awful and the bacon murdered!
I was first put in room 213(?) PS, the room was ok but the noise, just ridiculous.
I’m not sure if it’s the air con system you here

Breakfast was good, service was very good but 2 main concerns, the bottom of my show had a lot of rust in the base and the security is zero as key is same for the front door and your room key so everyone is sharing one key. Never seen that anywhere before

Reception staff very helpful. Room excellent and very well appopinted - hair dryer, aron, ironing board, safe. Warm.
Beds slide out from the wall if you happen to push on the headboard. Otherwise very comfortable.

As usual everything was perfect. Great breakfast buffet, clean room even though we were put in a disabled room. I did query this and the manager was very apologetic and did not know how this had happened. We have stayed at Peter Scott many times and can't fault the staff enough. Also stayed in The Edgebaston Park Hotel across the road .
