Fabulous place with a lodge that contained everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Restaurant menu amd food were excellent. Staff in the main complex were all wonderful.
Only negative was a member of leisure staff insisting that the jacuzzi was turned off after a short time at regular intervals and everyone had to get out . Not ideal for my elderly mother who was disappointed and could not go in the main pool or sauna/steam rooms. Never come across anything like this with any jacuzzi!!

Clean specious cabin, conveniently located for our family of 4 during our road trip through UK. Kitchen, clothes washer, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus small living room allowed us to spread out and relax. However, pool and hot tub hours were not convenient for “non-members,” so we did not get to use them, which was a big reason we booked here. We also had to pay an additional fee for a late checkout (1 hour longer), but the housekeeping wasn’t informed by the front desk that we had requested checkout at 12 instead of 11. Not directly on the lake, we had a view of cabins in front of the lake.
