Good

The room is smaller than I would expect. We couldn’t even open two suitcases at the same time. The room was very warm, and we couldn’t improve it even by setting the air-conditioning 18 degree C.

Unser Zimmer war toll, ein großes, barrierefreies Zimmer in der 16. Etage mit senationellem Blick auf King‘s Cross. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war ebenfalls ein Traum. Lediglich die Preise der Bar waren dann doch etwas übertrieben.

I paid for a room that is supposed to have a king size bed. İnstead we got a small bed that barely fits 2 people and was not comfortable at all. The pillows, the mattress was far from comfy. The room was joint and you could hear everything that is talked in the next room. One night they came back at 4am and turned on the music and it was all in our room. No storage space, very little cupboard and very small room. The shower drain is not cleaned properly so if you decide to stay a bit longer in the shower, the water starts flowing on the bathroom floor. I am pregnant and that’s why i paid more than i usually do but this was nowhere near getting what you paid for.

Convenient location

There are a few other hotels that are slightly closer to Kings Cross Station, but it’s worth the few extra steps as it’s a very nice hotel, staff are friendly, it feels safe inside and rooms are spacious and quiet.

Fantastic location between Kings Cross and Euston. Great service from the staff. Bag drop is really useful when getting into London early to see a show!

The Pullman provided a very comfortable room for my short stay near Kings Cross train station. The staff was exceptionally helpful, including the reception managers and porters. This is a well run mid-level hotel with premium prices based on location. My only issue is the lack of clarity from the hotel about how to get to the front door. My taxi drove past it twice, unable to figure out how to get there legally and misled by the map app. This added over 30 minutes (on a fixed price) and caused me to miss an event.
