Good location as it's just a few minutes walking distance to train station and metro line. Breakfast and service are excellent!

There are a few other hotels that are slightly closer to Kings Cross Station, but it’s worth the few extra steps as it’s a very nice hotel, staff are friendly, it feels safe inside and rooms are spacious and quiet.

The Pullman provided a very comfortable room for my short stay near Kings Cross train station. The staff was exceptionally helpful, including the reception managers and porters. This is a well run mid-level hotel with premium prices based on location. My only issue is the lack of clarity from the hotel about how to get to the front door. My taxi drove past it twice, unable to figure out how to get there legally and misled by the map app. This added over 30 minutes (on a fixed price) and caused me to miss an event.

Great location ..walking distance to St Pancras and Euston with minimal outside noise ...breakfast superb..probably the best breakfast we've ever had . The room was huge and we were able to get early check in when we asked if we could just put our luggage up, wish we would have stayed longer! Walkable to Kings Cross and London Euston stations, plenty of pubs and restaurants around as well.
