一開始入住408號房，剛入住時只急放下行李再外出，到晚上回時先發現空調控制器無法使用。和大堂接待處溝通後，馬上獲安排了另一間房。

Really nice hotel but one lady on reception was really rude. I asked a question and she just snapped “we don’t do that”. I was taken aback and left. She shouted “you’re welcome” to me as I walked out the door! Wow.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Liverpool. Walkable to all tourist attractions.We found our room very clean. No flannel in bathroom and when I asked for one was given a hand towel. Some interior decor needs looking at e.g rip on bench in restaurant, chairs in restaurant and bar area with cheap coverings and not comfortable. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast had a good choice however bacon in buffet area was hard. Freshly cooked omelette was delicious. We would stay again.

Couldn’t work out how to turn the air con off in the bedroom so too noisy at night.
Breakfast poor quality. Tough bacon unpleasant to eat so didn’t think the food quality was very good. Reasonable selection at breakfast but didn’t rate the cooked food at all.

Bed was comfortable but pillows not so good.
Plenty of parking options nearby cost circa £17.50 overnight. Don't forget the visitor tax of £2.40 either.

Justin at reception was excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. The staff were very helpful in general though it was strange to have an evening meal sat in a bar area. The car parking was easy even if it was 100yds away along the road and under the offices.
