丽笙利物浦酒店

一開始入住408號房，剛入住時只急放下行李再外出，到晚上回時先發現空調控制器無法使用。和大堂接待處溝通後，馬上獲安排了另一間房。

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet.

We were very grateful to be upgraded to a lovely big room and we requested a high floor and quiet room and this was provided. Our only issue was the heat in the room meant we didn’t sleep great. The guy on reception was great. For what we paid it was a bargain and we would return.

Room was lovely and the staff were exellent. Any problems dealt with. The manager is so warm and friendly.

Hotel was good as usual. Had a weird experience of not being able to access the room twice and on the third occassion was given a key to a room already occupied!!! Luckily the presumed lady wasn’t in there otherwise that would have been an awkward encounter for both of us!!!

Excellent hotel, good location within walking distance of the city centre, great view of the river Mersey Hotel was very clean, breakfast was fine, would definitely recommend and stay here again

Decent sized room, although no fridge in room. Breakfast was also good

Rooms are tired and needs a refurb. Walls in my room were marked, bathroom has black mould on the seals, my towel had a hole in it, AC didn't work and no power options near the bed.

Very comfortable rooms, good size and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is in a quieter part of the city centre so ideal if you want to avoid the noise of pubs and clubs whilst you’re trying to sleep. We had an issue that was very quickly rectified by moving us to a room nearby, great customer service.

Check in was smooth and staff member was pleasant. Hotel room very dated. Marks on walls. No sockets next to bed to charge phones.. The bed was 2 single bed pushed together was humped in middle and sagged on the sides. The room was too hot and stuffy unable to control the temperature despite contorller on the wall. Breakfast looked impressive but low quality produce was tasteless and disappointing. Would.not return to this hotel.

Room was not clean. Stains all over the carpet. Bathroom dated and needs repairs badly. The room we had was right next to generators so not much sleep. Staff lovely and breakfast really good.

Clean quiet room, great black out curtains and amazing breakfast. Just a shame that TV channels limited - no Netflix or Sky/Satellite TV. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean, but very dated in need of some modernisation compared to other options in the same price bracket, parking isn’t on site but the NCP was near enough. I was expecting more help from staff I was on my own with an 18 month old, and wasn’t offered a hand with my bags, and come breakfast I wasn’t offered a high chair or even told around the ability to order different options until a hotel guest told me I could of ordered porridge. All in all a clean room in a quiet location.

There was no parking area. Room was Ok. TV displayed no information about the hotel/room service/other services/city information. No fridge. Door lock was broken. Temperature was broken. Needed an upgrade in our opinion - lots not working and very tired looking
