Tired and run down. Fixtures and fittings damaged everywhere you look around the hotel.

Standard spa room I stayed in was ok broken on bath , wires shown on radiator in bathroom also broken draw under kettle area ,few scuffs here and there and coffee drip marks on doors , needs quite a bit done . Staff were lovely could not do enough for my stay also staff in spa reception desk lovely girls

Nice night at a wedding, however the toilets near the receipting hall were freezing, as was the pool area

The hotel is decked out with Christmas decorations and looks very festive. My stay was excellent again. Lovely friendly staff and great spa facilities.

Loud noise all through the night and couldn’t not sleep. Shower didn’t have a shower gel and had to wait nearly an hour between my starter and main at the restaurant on a quiet night…. Not what you expect for a 4 star hotel.

Had a lovely spa treatment which I would recommend. Bedrooms are nicely decorated. Some parts of hotel could do with a little TLC but overall a good stay in nice grounds.

The staff are lovely. The pool was busy and didn't have much of a spa vibe as had toddlers playing and the jacuzzi was permanently full. Food was poor. Overall, nice place but a bit more attention in some areas would make it better.

Well equipped comfortable room with modern bathroom and complimentary water. Nice spa area with cafe. Hotel bar and restaurant was a bit dated. Breakfast was a varied and plentiful buffet.

Clean room and friendly staff

We paid for an upgrade as our original room was rather run down. The upgraded room was lovely. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and hard working. The menu was not the best to be honest and the food i had on the 2nd night wasn't what i expected better choices hopefully next time. Spa was lovely to and again staff there were lovely x

All staff were really lovely. My room was very clean. Loved the hot tub bath in my bathroom. The spa & gym facilities were excellent, all very modern. To be honest this hotel is one of the nicest, best value for money places I've stayed.

The room look neglected wondows were filthy scurtting round bath was hanging of .breakfast was poor eegs over cooked sausages over cooked tryed telling the staff and they weren't realy botherd .

Redworth hall Hotel and the staff are a perfect example of of north eastern hospitality, the rooms are always exceptional with a wide range of facilities, highly recommend visiting the spa retreat and restaurant the stay at Redworth is always an experience, a little piece of my soul is always there, thank you so much team.

Arrived to the hotel with me and my partner. Check in really easy and warm and friendly staff. Stayed at room 332. Room was really tired. Shower was so poor, either too hot or freezing cold. Went down for drinks and again star really warm and friendly. Service at the bar was great. Booked a table in the restaurant and ordered 2 drinks. It took 35 mins to receive drinks. We got food quicker than we got our drinks despite asking a couple of times. Sleep was okay, pillows were rock hard but we both got a half decent sleep. Breakfast overall was okay. Sausages had a funny taste but a great selection and far quicker service in the morning. I wouldn’t return back to the hotel unless rooms were upgraded. Corridors had wall paper peeling off and for a 4 star hotel, you shouldn’t really see his.
