The receptionist was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The bed very comfortable, great shower, great hairdryer. Good towels, toiletries and linen. The room was very clean. It was little tardy in places but for the value I overlooked. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Great staff. Lovely building and large room. We didn’t eat there but saw another couples food and it looked delicious. The only downside was the stained mattress protectors in room 304. They need changing. Other than that it was perfect and priced right.

Carpets, a little bit tired. The bin men waking us up early Monday morning crashing through. Breakfast was amazing though, and so was the staff. Just a little tired looking.

Very convenient for the M25. Comfortable bed and good breakfast, smoked haddock excellent and very generous portion of smoked salmon and scrambled egg.
Unfortunately room not over clean, there was dust on the cobwebs in the bedhead lights and the room not well serviced between sleeps!
