Parking very good, road noise evident in rooms on the front.

The receptionist was warm, welcoming and very helpful. The bed very comfortable, great shower, great hairdryer. Good towels, toiletries and linen. The room was very clean. It was little tardy in places but for the value I overlooked. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Very convenient for the M25. Comfortable bed and good breakfast, smoked haddock excellent and very generous portion of smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Unfortunately room not over clean, there was dust on the cobwebs in the bedhead lights and the room not well serviced between sleeps!

My recent stay was a disappointing experience, as the property's exterior allure proved to be completely misleading. Inside, the hotel felt old and neglected. The room was in poor condition, with a strong smell of damp, and was not properly cleaned, as seen in the dirty shower head and un-vacuumed carpets. The lack of a working thermostat made the room uncomfortably hot, and I was forced to use a fan. For the high price I paid, the value was simply not there. Overall, it was a scruffy and uncomfortable experience that I would not recommend.

For a superior room was very basic. Very few staff had to wait to get a drink

Really comfortable bed in a manor room. Spacious and nice selection of Coffees etc. the bathroom door was really squeaky so not good trying to sneak to the toilet in the night

Family of 4 staying 2 nights costing £340 Room was dated and looking a bit grubby but it was clean, the bed was massive and very comfortable but the kids bunk beds creaked every time they moved which was annoying The service downstairs by the bar or reception was good. overall I wouldn’t rush back but it was ok

Room was ample size and comfortable enough. Very noisy in the evening though - party below. 6am loud music playing.

Convenient location for a short visit to Reigate. Good facilities. Our 2 bar snacks in the evening turned up 20 minutes apart, but otherwise were fine.

Comfortable, quiet room despite a wedding function being on that night. Thank you for this consideration and keeping me away from the noise. Much appreciated
