Clean rioom

Nice comfy bed, well decorated room, good location, unfortunately they have decided to remove the included continental breakfast which could now be a deal breaker when returning to Ramsgate.

The staff was very nice, but the room wishes to be more presentable. I mean it was dusty and spider net on the ceiling…

This place is amazing. Great staff and service . Finn was a diamond geezer as were all staff. I asked about if if it was positive to change things and was told nothing is impossible! God bless Sir, your vision is being played out Kishore ❤️

Found hotel to be in good location in a quieter part of Ramsgate on the sea front. Parking was easy as hotel out of the restricted parking zone ,it also has small car park . The hotel has a lift to all floors and the room was quite large with side sea views and a large 4 poster bed, and bathroom with walk in shower.The cooked breakfast was included , we also paid extra for a evening meal that was excellent, also had live music on the Friday night at the time we stayed. Ramsgate harbour and town would be a 20 minute walk which is a lively town with bars and restaurants .

Excellent location; very helpful staff

Extremely noisy during the week early mornings with trash van and linen van collections at 5am. Outside noise in the evenings with traffic and party goers kept us up late. The rooms were ok but they forgot to remove the many spider webs. Bed was quite uncomfortable but clean and staff made up the bed every morning. Tea and coffee available with bottled water each day. Breakfast had a very good choice but evening menu was drab and normal restaurant menu had nothing appealing. On a whole the staff were friendly and helpful and view was great.

The hotel is much improved since it was under Comfort Inns. The rooms were lovely and clean and bathrooms very smart and updated.Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.We would certainly return for another visit.

The position overlooking the sea was spectacular. The staff were friendly without being obtrusive. The entertainment on Friday evening was great fun.

Pleasant stay helped by very good weather. Hotel nicely positioned and efficiently managed. Bed was small so sleep was not good. Room 409 needs a king sized bed to meet modern expectations. Bar and restaurant both very good.

The continental breakfast was lovely. The evening meal we booked was delicious and as it was Friday we had a live band . Unfortunately their groupies came and hogged the dance floor all night. The room was nicely decorated and we had a sea view. the location is not good, on a steep hill with only a bus hourly.

Always great experience only down side our room was excellent but near the air con units at the back and the noises kept my partner awake all night but cannot fault the service and food excellent

Have stayed before good rooms and lovely views customer service is second to non. Always have a great stay.

Had a lovely weekend at the san clu, just one little niggle there was no plug socket at the side of the bed to charge your phone, had to leave it on the other side of the room. Other than that it was excellent great staff very helpful.

Excellent service super comfy room and bed , excellent amenities and right across the beach ! All good !
