1）床頭燈壞 2）電視睇唔到 3）房入邊冇熱水，連飲水嘅杯都冇。 4）佢本手冊話有茶或者咖啡，但我見唔到有。 5）沖涼房燈會自動熄，因為係自動感應開關。

El barrio donde está el hotel es muy lindo y está a cinco minutos caminando de una estación de metro. Tengo muchos comentarios que hacer, En primera; no tiene elevador y las escaleras son muy angostas, adicional no siempre tienen gente que te ayude con las maletas. Hubo una persona en recepción que fue NEFASTA, su actitud y servicio al cliente fue PÉSIMA. El desayuno fuera de ser básico, estaba muy malo, inicialmente pedí una habitación con cinco camas individuales y nos mandaron a una con literas. Adicional, las instalaciones son muy viejas.

Great option for family trip. Although at high up floors water pressure was low (ask which floor will u be in)

My biggest issue with this hotel is being 3 stories high and having no lift or bell hop to help with baggage. I don't mind doing stairs on the daily but dragging our bags up there was a bit difficult (the staircases were also narrow). The rooms were small but that is to be expected in London. We had our own shower and toilet which seemed clean enough. The shower was a bit bizarre as it was not tall enough to go over your head, you had to hand hold it to rinse your hair and face. It felt like a camper shower. Not bad just cramped and utilitarian. We had pretty noisy neighbors on all sides but our kids were rather noisy themselves (just during the day though, they sleep early). BUT you can hear the underground every single 5 minutes rumble underneath. So if you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend this hotel. Even on the 3rd floor, you still heard and felt the trains. What the hotel lacked in physical property conditions, it made up for in staff. The breakfast staff were so very kind, welcoming, and friendly. They made me and my family feel very welcome. It is right across the street from a pretty little square park with some statues. It is nice to have a green place to walk and look upon while travelling in the city. Also, it is within walking distance to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. It was quite an easy walk, too. I really enjoyed my stay here, overall. Thank you.

部屋に冷蔵庫があるのがよかった。スーパーで買った野菜、果物、ハム、チーズが保存できて節約にもなったし、サンドイッチも美味しく作ることができました。

Staff very helpful.I requested a room without needing stairs due to a recent back problem that occurred after I had booked. Room was basic but very clean and on the ground floor.

Perfect for our family, the only challenge for us are our luggages to take it up to our room. Overall, good place to stay.

Hotelli oli hyvvällä paikalla Paddingtonin aseman vieressä. Huone ei ollut kovin iso ja vessa ja suihkutila olivat hyvin pienet. Vuode oli ok, peitto oli tosi mukava. Huone oli perussiisti. Aamupala suppea, mutta vatsaan sai täytettä. Voisin kuitenkin yöpyä uudelleen. Ehdoton plussa: Ei kokolattiamattoa huoneessa.

Vistelsen var okej. Svårt att sova pågrund av dånande ljud, lät som ett tåg åkte under oss var 10e minut. Utanför vårt fönster hade vi trevlig julbelysning, men tyvärr var den på blinkande inställning, vilket gjorde att det blinkade i vårt rum även fast gardinerna var fördragna. Små hår både i sängen och i badrummet på väggarna. Inte hjälpsam personal, vi bad om gaffel men detta ville de inte låna ut så vi fick äta med tillhörande träpinnar som fanns på rummet. Frukosten var okej men lite fattig. Hade kunnat uppgraderas mycket om det fanns lite grönsaker att ha på mackan. Hyfsat nära till sevärdheter i centrum, gick att gå (max 5km) men även tunnelbana gick i närheten.

Great location so close to the underground. Room was clean but a bit dated. The bathroom was small. Overall it was fine though as we were out all day. breakfast was good.

En inte så välkomnande man när vi checkade in, fjärde våningen utan hiss via en så trång trapp att det knappt gick bära väskorna. Hade hyrt rum för tre men det var ett utrymme mer lämpat för två. Dock hyfsad frukost och trevlig personal där.

Alle var flinke. Radiatoren var brændvarm, selvom den var slukket. Man kan høre toge fra undergrunden. Morgenmaden var fin, der var ikke så meget at vælge imellem. Det var nemt at check ind og ud. Man kunne ikke åbne vinduet, og terrasse døren kunne kun åbnes på klem da der var alarm på. Alt i alt var det fint nok, men ville ikke komme tilbage til det hotel.

Uncomfortable beds.

Great location, few minutes walk from Paddington station and underground. Loads of places to eat nearby. Fridge in the room was great for food and drink. I was in a single room with a good hairdryer, 7 plug sockets, 2 USBs, decent sized TV. Nighttime lighting in the bathroom. Very comfy bed. Could hear the trains but didn't keep me awake. Continental breakfast with some hot items was a bonus. Staff friendly. Yes it was a bit tired in the communal areas but rooms were very clean and great value. I would stay again
