We spend a good time in this hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Bath water smoothy. They also serve good breakfast。We arrived after ten at night and the front desk waited us patiently.Just 10 minutes walking to the old town.Free parking is a surplus.The restaurant in town they recommended is tasteful. Recommend to all.

The room was a little dated especially as it didn’t look anything like the picture on the website and for £156 for 1 night I expected a little more especially as we could have booked the same room the day before for half the price. Unfortunately even though we have stayed before I was disappointed and we won’t be staying again.

Hotel staff was excellent, warm, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we we comfortable. Location is a walk to Cantebury but is in a quieter area. Rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was well done. Parking lot is small but very well maintained.

Room was clean but needs updating eg crack inbwall, paint missing from skirting board. Amazing bath room but we found it hard to access the bath and shower as it was a beautiful roll top but very high for us to get in and nowhere to hand shower atrachment. We used swimming pool showers! Staff very friendly and helpful. We had to ask for our dressing gowns but theu were produced quickly. No tea coffee machine except for kettle! Breakfast was standard, tasty but not much variety but fine. Sauna has been decomisdioned.and passage to swimming pool is very dark and the tiles are very slippy if wet. (I fell over and badly hurt my arm).

This was such a gem, we're really glad we found it! Staff were lovely, the room was really big and breakfast was really good.

The room was very bare and a bit shabby. There was no hot water in the morning for showers. The reception was not manned and staff from the kitchen had to come out to manage the checkout in the morning. Breakfast was fine but the tables had not been cleared and some food trays were empty. Again, this seemed to down to inadequate staffing.

The room was cleam. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious.

Perfect location, minutes from the station and town centre. Clean and warm room but a bit updated. Very friendly staff. Swimming pool was a bonus . Breakfast could have had more selection .I would stay there again.

Hotel was not quite as expected based on reviews. Although very old and has updated over the years, our room was in need of some love and maintenance. The hotel staff is amazing, ambiance is great, and breakfast was good, but sadly our room was in need of a deep clean. Bed and sheets were clean, but smelled horribly of cigarettes and musk. The hotel did offer us a different room and we probably should have taken it. (So that was our fault.) With some deep cleaning to our specific room, this hotel would have been great for a quick visit to Canterbury. Great pubs in walking distance and close to Aldi for convenience.

The breakfast was fantastic and could not be better. The staff were very attentive and made sure the breakfast tables were regularly topped up. I was very impressed with the helpfulness of all of the staff. They were great!

The staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was a little dated but comfortable and clean. It had a lovely jacuzzi bath! Breakfast was very good . Had a swim in the pool which was very clean and refreshing

Great location for a catch up with some friends

We had an enjoyable mid week break. The hotel was a luxury for us but if i am honest the room definitely needs an update and care of the little things like missing rails on the curtains or the bathroom shelf needs securing to the wass more.

I was so excited to stay here. The reviews were positive, the parking (imperative), a good breakfast & the pool definite pluses. On arrival (I had told the hotel I would be late - arrived about 9pm) No parking available - I was told, 'its first come first served'. Fair enough, but there is no other parking & this wasn't communicated. I was told to use my phone to find a nearby school which should be ok to leave my car, or to find & park in the industrial estate behind (??) I had no idea where I was & it was dark. I did not feel safe. After driving round, I called the hotel, the, 'I'm just a receptionist', on duty could not put me through to a manager as she was now off duty, 'I could email them but they'd not get that till tomorrow'. So, the advice was, 'in your position I would honestly just book another hotel'. Still no reply to the messages sent. So. In conclusion. If it goes well, according to reviews, you'll probably have a great time. If it doesn't, don't expect any back up
