Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Location excellent.

Delightful friendly helpful staff. Room a little small and lacked a full length mirror but beds were comfortable and the view was unbeatable. Stupendously delicious breakfast!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot. We had a Seaview room on the second floor which was lovely but quite small. I would expect, for the price, there to be complimentary water in the room but there wasn’t. Dinner was superb. It was a job sometimes to get served, there weren’t many staff around. Could have done with a little more attention at breakfast.

Had a lovely stay at The Bay hotel. When we arrived we got a free upgrade, because noone had booked the room. The food was delicious and the service great. Friendly staff. The hotel has a magnificent garden and surroundings. Rooms were clean.

Relaxing quiet hotel with lovely garden area with lawn chairs overlooking the ocean. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent cream tea. Loved that the hotel was right on the South West Coast Path. Two major complaints. Firstly no working wifi in my room for all three days of my stay despite staff trying to fix it is just not acceptable these days. Secondly, tiny double beds way too small for two people and meant my wife and I slept poorly our entire stay.

One of the nicest/friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at. Amazed it is only a 3 star. Setting is fantastic, food is great - what more could you ask for.

Lovely location and hotel. Great view. Excellent service. Just a few issues with the room but this didn't prevent us from a very enjoyable 3 night break and look forward to another visit to Coverack at the Bay View Hotel.

Lovely place to stay, great views. The hotel is a little basic but clean and tidy and fine for what we were looking for. Great area and not far from some amazing beaches. Breakfast was good also!
