Had a lovely stay at The Bay hotel. When we arrived we got a free upgrade, because noone had booked the room. The food was delicious and the service great. Friendly staff. The hotel has a magnificent garden and surroundings. Rooms were clean.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot. We had a Seaview room on the second floor which was lovely but quite small. I would expect, for the price, there to be complimentary water in the room but there wasn’t.
Dinner was superb.
It was a job sometimes to get served, there weren’t many staff around. Could have done with a little more attention at breakfast.

Relaxing quiet hotel with lovely garden area with lawn chairs overlooking the ocean. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent cream tea. Loved that the hotel was right on the South West Coast Path. Two major complaints. Firstly no working wifi in my room for all three days of my stay despite staff trying to fix it is just not acceptable these days. Secondly, tiny double beds way too small for two people and meant my wife and I slept poorly our entire stay.

Lovely location and hotel. Great view. Excellent service.
Just a few issues with the room but this didn't prevent us from a very enjoyable 3 night break and look forward to another visit to Coverack at the Bay View Hotel.
