民宿地理位置不錯，商務出差是理想的選擇

The hotel was located in the Oxford town centre . Took within ten minutes walk to most of the colleges. Good service.

A small hotel, which is situated right in the Oxford town centre (excellent location). Unfortunately, at the time of my stay, the hotel was under renovation with scaffolding around the building. This gave my wife and me feeling insecure. The hotel has no lift and I had to carry my luggage three floors up. Otherwise, the room is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is generally polite and helpful. One thing that deserved my compliment is the breakfast, which is very good. The overall experience of my stay is acceptable.

Close to Christ Church, Trinity College, St. Mary's Church and the visitors' information centre. Room is big and comfortable enough but the window cannot be locked and hence not safe enough. The only drawback is the steep stair from entrance to room. It was really tough for those who travel alone to carry the luggage upstairs. I arrived on a rainy day and the staff at the reception did not offer help to help carry my luggage to my room.

Good location, poor wifi, no elevator and needs to climbing stairs. The drainage hole of the basin and shower room was stucked.

地理位置非常好，很方便，就在步行街和三一学院附近；房间有些小，还算安静，只住了一晚，住的也挺舒心。

交通方便，附簡單的早餐，離火車站步行約10分鐘，沿著George St直走可到達，但是房間的WIFI訊號很弱！

位置极好，早餐也很精致。服务员态度好，是愿意住在市中心的人的好选择。面街的房间有点吵，隔音特不是很好。

Staff really friendly. Room spotless but noise from upstairs from 4am. Woke both of us up.

The shower was blocked causing a stong smell to fill the bathroom meaning we kept the bathroom door closed. The drain was blocked but I only discovered this in the morning when we had a shower and the water nearly flooded the bathroom. We didn't want to hang around so I checked the drain. Despite the smell indicating something was wrong, it clearly had't been serviced for a few years. I had to clear it out so we could shower. The room itself was looking quite tired and the walls were a bit grubby in places. Well over due decorating. The bed was average, certainly not a treat to sleep in. A lovely location and could be so much more. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Location excellent. Room clean, warm and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helped with luggage up twisting stairs. Would stay here again.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. If it were up to them, alone, then I would rate the hotel 5 stars. Additionally, rooms are quite spacious. Please note that there are also way more stairs than expected but that wasn’t the biggest issue. But if you do travel heavy, with that, this is not the best hotel for you (for both your sake and the staffs’). The biggest issue was the noise coming from the street. The noise was so loud and clear that initially I had thought the windows were open, but that was not the case. The noise did not die down until about 3:30 am and then street cleaning started at around 6/6:30 so I got a maximum of 2 hours sleep which really defeats the purpose of paying for a hotel. Additionally, I stayed during the Christmas market (I’m not from here and didn’t know there would be a market in that specific spot) and that made the noise exponentially worse. It was also quite cold and I had no idea if there was heating or how to turn it on, if there was. It is unlikely that I’d stay at this hotel again (the noise was just way too much even with the lower price of the hotel), but kudos to the staff for all their help with my luggage.

Convenient and central. Noisy bedroom due to proximity to high street and student life

The staff were friendly and my room was spacious. Nice selection of teas as well as a cute complementary toiletries set. The room overlooks the street where the Christmas market was being set up so a little noisy. Also late night drinkers walking by below in the night were not quiet. However, these small disturbances were made up for by the excellent location for site-seeing, pubs and restaurants. Would stay here again.
