Nice and clean, small but comfortable for visitors, but a little bit hard to carry your baggage to room due to steep and narrow stairway

숙박은 대체로 만족스러웠으나, WiFi 가 너무 느리고 잘 끊어졌음.

옥스포드 시내에 호텔이 별로 없는 것을 감안하면 합리적인 가격대에 괜찮은 호텔이었다고 판단됨. 매우 접근성이 좋은 위치이며, 직원들이 매우 친절함 객실에 냄새도 나지 않고 깨끗하였음

우선 호텔의 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 시내중심에 있어서 관광지까지 걸어서 돌아다니기 좋습니다. 장점은 이거 하나였던것 같습니다. 단점을 몇개 나열하자면, 호텔스닷컴에 있는 방들과 실제 호텔에 갔을때 방옵션들이 틀립니다. 저같은 경우에는 패밀리 트리플룸을 예약했지만 호텔에서는 패밀리 트리플룸은 없고 이미 다른 사람이 이미 예약했다고 하더군요. 호텔에서는 방을 하나 더 예약하라고 했지만 그냥 디럭스 더블룸에서 추가요금을 내고 머물렀습니다. 둘째로, 엘레베이터가 없고 방까지 가는 계단이 매우 좁고 가팔라서 무거운 짐이나 다리가 불편하신 어르신들과 동반하신 경우는 절대 비추입니다. 저는 부모님과 여행중이었고 어머님이 다리가 조금 불편하신대 건물자체가 오래되었고 계단이 너무 좁고 리셉션도 2층이라 한번 올라가신 어머님은 내려오기가 싫다는 말씀까지 하셨습니다. 세번째로는, 조식이 너무 부실합니다. 저같은 경우 영국에서 학교를 다녔고 영국의 작은 호텔부터 고급 호텔까지 두루두루 다녀봤지만 이 호텔의 조식은 정말 너무 없습니다...그냥 빵몇개..시리얼 그리고 쥬스...이 호텔에서 조식을 포함 하실 예정이시라면 대각선 건너편에 있는 세인즈버리에서 전날 저녁에 샌드위치와 쥬스 하나를 사서 아침에 드시는것을 추천합니다. 마지막으로는, 저녁에 돌아다니실 젊은분들이라면 또 비추입니다. 호텔정문이 오후10시? 이후부턴가는 리셉션에서 열어줘야 들어갈수있는 그런 시스템인데 저같은 경우 늦게 체크인했고 야식을 사러 나갔다들어오려 했으나 리셉션에 아무도 없어서 밖에서 한참 떨다가 들어가야만 했습니다. 처음 이호텔을 가기전에는 4성급 호텔이란것만 보고 예약했지만 다녀와서 느낀 이 호텔은 2성이면 후한 그런 호텔이었습니다.

The hotel is near city centre. The room is cozy and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. They serve freshly baked croissant every morning.

立地が素晴らしく、受付の方は親切でした。お部屋も可愛らしくて気に入りました。オックスフォードを訪れる際はまた利用したいと思います。

The shower was blocked causing a stong smell to fill the bathroom meaning we kept the bathroom door closed. The drain was blocked but I only discovered this in the morning when we had a shower and the water nearly flooded the bathroom. We didn't want to hang around so I checked the drain. Despite the smell indicating something was wrong, it clearly had't been serviced for a few years. I had to clear it out so we could shower. The room itself was looking quite tired and the walls were a bit grubby in places. Well over due decorating. The bed was average, certainly not a treat to sleep in. A lovely location and could be so much more. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Location excellent. Room clean, warm and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helped with luggage up twisting stairs. Would stay here again.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. If it were up to them, alone, then I would rate the hotel 5 stars. Additionally, rooms are quite spacious. Please note that there are also way more stairs than expected but that wasn’t the biggest issue. But if you do travel heavy, with that, this is not the best hotel for you (for both your sake and the staffs’). The biggest issue was the noise coming from the street. The noise was so loud and clear that initially I had thought the windows were open, but that was not the case. The noise did not die down until about 3:30 am and then street cleaning started at around 6/6:30 so I got a maximum of 2 hours sleep which really defeats the purpose of paying for a hotel. Additionally, I stayed during the Christmas market (I’m not from here and didn’t know there would be a market in that specific spot) and that made the noise exponentially worse. It was also quite cold and I had no idea if there was heating or how to turn it on, if there was. It is unlikely that I’d stay at this hotel again (the noise was just way too much even with the lower price of the hotel), but kudos to the staff for all their help with my luggage.

The staff were friendly and my room was spacious. Nice selection of teas as well as a cute complementary toiletries set. The room overlooks the street where the Christmas market was being set up so a little noisy. Also late night drinkers walking by below in the night were not quiet. However, these small disturbances were made up for by the excellent location for site-seeing, pubs and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Lovely welcome and small but lovely room. They were happy to atore my bag before and after check-in. Really helpful and friendly staff. Very central. It is up a lot of stairs so not suitable if you have mobility issues.

El.personal es super amable. El hotel es viejo pero limpio y su localización es perfecta para visitar Oxford.

I slept like a baby. Really. The door to the room opens with a skeleton key so it’s older but that’s part of the charm. Great internet and the staff made me feel welcome anytime I walked in the door.

Simple but completely adequate accommodation in the most central location in Oxford.
