We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers.

Really lovely staff, they let me check in slightly early which is extremely kind. The two ladies working in the bar/reception area were super warm and friendly. It was slightly noisy outside, so if you need silence when you sleep it might not be the place for you but it suited me fine! I would definitely come back

The location is great. The hotel is in an old building and it has a lot of charme. The rooms are nice and comfy, even though a little small. As the building is old, there is no elevator. Service is very good and accommodating. We liked the breakfast very much and their coffee machine is excellent. They even had alternative milk (oat). We'd definitely come back.

Misleading advertising that the property was pet friendly. That is why I booked this hotel. Upon arriving I was told NO, only the restaurant was. I tried to explain that it was on their website and on Expedia and that I relied on that, but they kept arguing that that was not the case. I don’t think that they know what they are talking about. Very disappointing to say the least. False advertising can be taken to court.
