Excellent welcome, rooms is decorated with taste and difference. This is not a regular place. We hate at the

Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful !
But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! If I didn’t find the hotel charged me for the mini bar chocolate I didn’t eat, I would rate the hotel higher.
So sorry to see they overcharged 4 pounds. Hope this was just done by mistake.

The valet parking cost 50 pounds, a bit expensive but it is hard to find a hotel with car park at London centre.

A beautiful boutique luxury hotel. The small size and cosy ambience were a big plus - and the 'sustainability' credentials were appreciated. There is a very nice restaurant where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and breakfast - served by professional but friendly staff. We will return.
