If I didn’t find the hotel charged me for the mini bar chocolate I didn’t eat, I would rate the hotel higher. So sorry to see they overcharged 4 pounds. Hope this was just done by mistake.

Everything is good! Bell boy service is very good, very smart and helpful ! But The staff who cleaned the room was average, because he would mess up my pajamas and comb them! Won't fold well! In addition, the hotel's front desk female staff even less commendable, because she was very helpful, because I do not make a long distance phone call to the driver, I hope she can help, she finally did not help me, I'm your customer, why not help me?

The valet parking cost 50 pounds, a bit expensive but it is hard to find a hotel with car park at London centre. We arrive on Thursday, this we have to pay the congestion charge if we go anywhere, because the hotel is just very near the Zone

10-15 minutes walking to Victoria station (railroad/tube) and/or Knightsbridge station. Piccadily line is one of the most convenient tube in the city to access hot spots for tourists. Friendly stuffs to assist on almost all kinds of needs. Still affordable as a 5-star hotel comparing to the same level of hotel within this neighborhood. Room is clean and cozy, well-organized so that you are able to get a good rest after your busy day

My second stay at the Hari this year and it was even better than my first. Both were wonderful experiences. The staff is friendly and attentive, plenty of shopping and dining nearby, and the rooms are comfortable and accommodating.

Staff was incredible and Gary was able to help us with catching our early morning flight on time. Comfortable and elegant rooms, excellent food and service.

Rooms and bathrooms are tight. Very basic accommodations and amenities for something that is rated 5 star. Decent location but Mayfair is better.

The staff at The Hari were very rude to my husband and I during our stay. Due to international banks it takes time to process payments and they hounded us like we were criminals when we were trying to enjoy the hotel. Although it’s a beautiful hotel the staff could learn how to be better in customer service.

We absolutely love the Hari hotel. The staff goes above and beyond. Concierge was excellent. Rooms have gorgeous park views. Rooms are sexy and well appointed, although not spacious. Location is prime—upscale with lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance.
