Small room … but great for London comparables. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean!

Really lovely hotel! Easy check in. Incredibly clean room, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Smelt fresh and clean. Friendly staff. Overall a very comfortable stay! Good location and easily accessible.

The hotel was okay. It was a nice area and close to restaurants and the tube. As a solo traveller I didn’t like that the staff kept announcing everyone’s room number. Also, besides the manager and the amazing breakfast staff, the hotel staff seemed generally irritated at my presence — It seemed like it was such an inconvenience to talk to me every time.

Breakfast service was great and room was very pleasant and clean, with plenty of amenities. However, be mindful of noise as I could hear nearly every sentence said by those staying above and beside my room.

Everything was as advertised and was an enjoyable stay.

Small rooms, but was expecting that. Breakfast was good and nice to have. The closet door which was the bathroom door could be updated. A little loud at points due to the many doors in the hallways. Good value, and a great location. Near 2 tube stops, some restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Place was okay. Found a roach in my bed that they got rid of. Staff was nice but all foreign and speaking loud at night. I could hear them through the window. Area is good but I wouldn’t stay here again. Cheap budget hotel.

Nice hotel ina good location. Even though it was a basement room for four, the street is quiet and close to the tube for easy access.

It was lovely and quiet! 15 minutes walk from Notting Hill and 30 from Hyde park.will for sure stay here again the next time I’m in London!

Nice property, staff were helpful and friendly. My cleaning lady was very sweet.

Had difficulty getting to bathroom as there was a small gap between bed and wall I had to squeeze through. The room was L shaped. Cramp. Clean room, good location. But would not recommend. Was disappointed.

We were in the basement family room with a fire exit door in the bathroom. Around 4:30AM, someone broke in through the fire exit door and stole all four phones, my husband’s wallet, his watch, and my daughter’s AirPods. This was all while we were sleeping in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at The Princes Square Hotel, the rooms were a good size for a 2 night stay. They had all we need. The staff were limited with conversation and the night could be a bit loud with doors banging as they don’t shut quietly. Overall we had a good stay and would return if needed to stay in that part of London.

Originally assigned to a subterranean level room, which was not agreeable. But staff upgraded us the next night to an upper floor at no additional charge, which was much appreciated. Nice hotel and location. Just be sure to confirm room location beforehand.

This boutique Hotel is in a fantastic location. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The only downside was that the room was quite small, but it was very comfy

The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. The staff are lovely and really friendly and it is in a very good location for both the tube and the bus and also near local facilities. I would highly recommend.
