We stayed for a couple of nights and booked a Superior Double Room, although it looked quite different from the photos and felt much smaller than we had expected. We contacted reception straight away and the team were incredibly apologetic and understanding. They asked us to return the following morning and kindly offered us a larger room at no extra cost. The next morning we were assisted by Nara, who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. She moved us to a much larger room, which was exactly what we had expected when booking. No request was too much trouble for her. Nara is an excellent member of staff and a real asset to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so much better. Breakfast staff were super also!

Had a great visit, the rooms are small but very comfortable. The location is fantastic with plenty of options to eat. The rooms had AC which was so helpful after a hot day exploring. Breakfast was included so options for continental breakfast or a hot English breakfast. Would stay here again.

Not bad hotel but wouldn’t consider this a 4-star. Close to the tube which was convenient. Room was very small

Princes Square Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood of other boutique hotels, taverns, restaurants and stores. Three blocks from Bayswater Underground. Wonderful breakfast to order after a quiet night in a comfortable bed. Stay here!

Excellent location, clean room, helpful staff.

The rooms are on the smaller side, which is fairly standard for London, but they are very well presented and comfortable. What really stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel - it is absolutely immaculate. Credit to the housekeeping team, as the standards are exceptional. Breakfast was a little awkward on arrival, as the restaurant area initially felt a bit lacklustre and it wasn’t immediately clear what was available. However, once you’re given the menu, everything makes much more sense and there are plenty of good options to choose from. My only minor criticism concerns the Eggs Benedict. On both mornings the poached eggs were overcooked - one was hard-boiled on the first day and both were hard-boiled on the second. That said, I’d much rather have overcooked eggs than undercooked ones, so it’s hardly a major complaint. I stayed for two nights and would happily stay again. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, which helped make for a very pleasant stay. It’s a little gem

Great place and helpful staff.

Beautiful building, great location. Safe and clean. My room was a bit of a squeeze, but otherwise it had all I needed for a 2 night stay. I was on the ground floor with a lovely double door exit to a pebble-stone courtyard (great for keeping the room refreshed).

Didnt have breakfast but local to shops

Jättefin frukost! Mycket fin service i frukostrummet, trevlig personal. FANTASTISK kaffemaskin, decaff med färska bönor !!!!! Fräscha rum och fin rengöring och härlig värme på rummet!! Bra läge, både tbana, buss , Hyde Park och butiker.

Stayed 1 night after going to Wembley for an evening kick off. Staff were really friendly especially on the breakfast service. Hotel decor was excellent, room and bathroom spotless. Cracking nights sleep in a comfortable bed and the area around hotel was very very quiet at night so no disturbance. Bayswater Underground Station literally just round corner with 3 decent pubs in between. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another stay.

Clean room lovely staff

Although the room was clean it was quite small for three people. It felt like a double room with an extra bed squeezed in. There was no fridge and no desk or chair compared to what we saw online for a triple room. The tv only has cable channels so we couldn’t connect our phones to watch Netflix etc. no hdmi cable available from reception either. Room faced the back of the hotel which looks like a car park/ bin storage area. Staff were polite and friendly but not the most helpful when we asked for a better room. The bathroom door didn’t quite shut all the way when you lock it ( slight gap so you can still see into the bedroom which is uncomfortable)l when using toilet or shower). Shops / train and bus station all close by so a good location for exploring London. Staff knocked at 11am for check out and were quite persistent in getting us out despite the hotel looking empty/ not busy. They should have rang first. Not the worst stay BUT not the best either. Distinctly average.
