提早了到酒店(12:00)，問前台可否check in ，前台服務員幫忙問一下，回覆可以，令我們可以早些放下行李箱，輕輕鬆鬆外出逛逛！👍 住了2晚，而美中不足，是第二天不知為何沒有room serving ，幸好房內用品（廁紙）都可以支持多一晚！

Very nice 2 night stay for a wedding !! Rooms were clean and the bed was comfy, plus I was given a complimentary upgrade on arrival which made it even nicer

Great hotel, fantastic customer service and beautifully decorated. The location couldn’t be more perfect and the train station attached to it was so convenient for a day trip to York. Highly recommend this hotel, we will be back!

The bedroom carpet didn't reach the threshold between the bedroom and bathroom, and consequently, my toes got caught on the teeth of the gripper

Pet friendly hotel right next to the train station and in the centre of town. Great location. Wonderful room. Helpful staff. Definitely will stay again!

First time in Leeds for many years and as it was a celebration for a member of our families birthday decided to make a day and night of it.Stayed at the Queen hotel for its central location.We were all from Sheffield so it was ideal for people using the train or car.Only stayed one night but would like to stay for longer next time and would 100% book back into the Queen hotel.Lovely friendly and efficient staff and smart ,spotlessly clean hotel.Also had a lovely breakfast next morning in a well presented dining room.Could not praise the high standards and cleanliness of this hotel in one simple review.Will definately look forward to returning again soon.

Location is great, but disappointing as a 4 star hotel. No shelves or drawers to store clothes. filthy inside windows, towel rail not working. On complaint to reception I was informed that hotel policy was no drawers following recent refurbishment. No draught beer available in hotel bar. We won’t be returning.

Top notch hotel in the Centre of Leeds, and with the convenience of being within the confines of Leeds Central Railway Station. The Hotel is charming, and still retains its historic architectural details, much to the benefit of guests. The staff are very good and do go beyond expectations during check-in and also whilst you are in residence. Five star Hotel and recommended to you!

Very nice Hotel with a great location i the city center. Good breakfast and friendly staff. But in this Hotel and most of UK hotels is toilet brush missing in the bathroom, why ?

Friendly staff. Received a room upgrade for our anniversary stay which was great. Good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast very good standard. Would stay again without hesitation.

Hotel is in a great location although the works around the train station don’t help this for convenience (not the fault of the hotel). Check in was easy and the staff are very good. Was requested to download an app to find out when room is ready but this function did not work even though the room was ready earlier. We upgraded to a suite over a standard room but I don’t really see the value in this. Not a great view from either window (both of train station roof) and quite a bit of exterior noise from train station. Bedroom was lovely and huge bed but not a great layout on lounge area. Sofa not position well for TV so just seems a little wasteful for space. Large mirror in lounge area for getting ready but no plug sockets in the room for hair dryer etc… and have to unplug the light to use the iron as there is only one socket (as opposed to the many in the bedroom but no space or even a mirror at all in there). Finally one lift was not working, these things can happen but for a hotel of this size it made getting in/out very disruptive. All in all I think it is a lovely hotel but the room and options I chose made it not as good value for money. I would stay again but I’d not look at upgrades and would look more favourably at other properties.

The hotel has a great location in the city center and access to the train station. However at the moment lots of construction and the city noise late is a factor. But would stay again

Our 1st time staying in the Queens Hotel Leeds, the room and hotel in general were really nice, slight problem with fridge not being cold for our dog's food and water. Good that he hotel is pet friendly but could not find or didn't see any dog station for treats etc. Will definitely be visiting again, reception staff very welcoming. Thank you for a nice stay.

Good stay but one lift out of order. This caused massive delays.
