Beautiful and very convenient

Great location and reception was wonderful and welcomed me so warmly. The Cosy room was indeed cosy, but fine for one night! I would stay again.

We stayed at The Queens as we needed somewhere central Leeds for a family party in Leeds. The hotel was great, lovely art deco building & interiors. Small but totally adequate double rooms that were warm & quiet. Didn’t have breakfast as was room only but I’m sure it would have been fine.

Ett anrikt hotell på tågstationen i Leeds vilket för oss var ett perfekt läge. Fina, stora rum så trots att det märks att det har många år på nacken så är det fortsatt fint och känns inte nedgånget.

It was my first time staying at the Queens and it was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed for just one night and didn’t have a comfortable night sleep the bed wasn’t to comfiest place to sleep the shower wasn’t what was expected expected a walk in shower as the pictures stated, we was woken up at 9am with the frills banging and loud voices next door and bellow

Great service and very centrally located

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good and all options explained by staff. Will be back.

The staff could be about more organised and sympathetic to others needs.

I grew up in Leeds, and at the time, 70 or so years ago, The Queens was regarded as the tops. I feared that my childhood memories might be disappointed, but not so. My wife and I found it to be one of the best hotels in our long experience. Service was superb, the overall ambience excellent and the food in the restaurant faultless.

It was lovely as usual . Ate in the restaurant and had cocktails in the cocktail bar .

Booked as a last minute deal - our stay was less expensive than the big hotel chains as we only needed 1 night , what a lovely surprise - the hotel is beautiful with the art deco style throughout- the bar and cocktails awesome and the service was brilliant. Our room didn’t have a great view but did not matter at all - it was clean , comfy bed , warm and well stocked with little art deco features to remind is of the history . Everything worked as it should and the bathroom was lovely . Can’t fault our stay at all and we will definitely stay here again … and again . Brilliant that it can be accessed from the station aswell as we arrived quite late so no hassle trying to find the hotel late at night . Thanks

fast friendly checkin and out, great location for what Leeds had to offer

Paid extra for a room with a view of City Square, only to be rung from reception to close the curtains at 4.40pm I had a look out later and was temporarily blinded by a laser light show from the Christmas Market seemingly being projected on the front of the hotel. Freezing room - portable electric heater provided later. No food available- wife had to go out early and eat at Starbucks. I feel we should be compensated for this experience as might as well have paid less for a room without a view.

Great hotel and area. Wasn’t aware of all building works around the area and shame it does not have parking facilities
