This entire experience has been full of professionalism, fun, kindness, and genuine connection.
Every single staff member I have met went above and beyond to ensure an awesome stay and experience.
Safie works at Dessimo. The food was PHEOMENAL. I asked Safie to pick (by surprising me) my entire meal selection for me and each item was delicious. She is so personable, kind, and knowledgeable. The food and service were so great that I went back on my second day, despite only being in London for 3 days. Safie remembered what she ordered for me (to the tee) the day before and gave me another surprise experience that was absolutely incredible.
Next: Jordan. Jordan works the bar / serves at Sweeties and makes the most tasty cocktails. Legitimately 12/10. He does it with flair, great energy, and shakers that are totally IG worthy.
Last but not least - Chris. Chris oversees operations at Sweeties. He is welcoming, kind, accommodating, and did I say welcome? He’s the reason I went back 3x in a row. He is management material , and such a gem of a human being.
I cannot recommend this place enough

First room was tiny and smelt damp. You can honestly get a larger room in an alternative budget hotel. For the cost I was expecting a lot more. Fortunately we were moved to another room that was marginally bigger but missing basic amenities like an ironing board and iron or a wardrobe. The reason for two stars is the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I won’t be staying again for the price though, the cost is way too much for what you get in this hotel

L’hôtel est magnifique. Personnel sympathique.
La chambre est petite mais agréable et fonctionnelle.

Only one teabag and one coffee sachet in the room. Requested additional items from “room service”. These never arrived. Selling certain “products”in the rooms and then asking for a service charge upon check out seems to take priority over actually providing the basics
