They went above and beyond. My wife and 2 kids got food poisoning, or so we think, while staying and the staff were amazingly helpful and supportive of us. We honestly would have been so much more stressed without them. They helped and cleaned and took care of us. We can’t be more thankful.

The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.

Check in was terrible. I was asked if I was alright with a window less room. I felt that there were things about my booking that should have been made clearer before booking.
I was not offered to change my windowless room, I was not asked if I was a Hyatt member nor was I offered any of the perks for being a Expedia Platinum member. Also, £100 per night on my card for incidentals ??
Apart from this, I would recommend this hotel as the rest of the staff were lovely, windowless rooms were clean and it is in a great location.

Nice hotel centrally located. Thought there would be more to it…and not really worth what you pay for. The breakfast is nice with slow service. In general limited benefit of being a guest vs coming from the outside. The complementary roof terrace has nice views but no seating and drinks served in plastic glasses.

Well; this unusual yet stylish hotel really has a wow factor. Amazing restorations of a 1974 brutalism building. Great attention to detail. However; few niggles. Lack of adequate electrical sockets in rooms. None near a mirror; not great when trying to dry hair. Hardly any milk for the coffee in the rooms dirty sink and dirty bathroom floor! For the money; it should be perfect! Great cocktail bar; wonderful staff there but rude unhelpful staff on the roof terrace.

Great stay, train stations across the street. Nice rooftop bar but extremely difficult to get seating. Great indoor bar with beautiful views. Small rooms but enough room for 2 people and 2 open suitcases. Love the bankette in our room
