예약 시에 창이 없는 방이란 것을 확실하게 고지해야 항 것 같다. 예약 확정 시 고지했어도 실 숙박 시 시간의 차이가 상당히 있기 때문에 채크인 시에 좀 더 심각한 상담이 필요

몇 개의 유럽 국가로 신혼여행 중 런던이 고민이 많았는데 the standard london을 고른 것이 아주 좋은 결정이였어요 독특한 분위기와 스타일이 신나게 해줬습니다. 다음에도 오고 싶어요

교통 중심지에 위치해 편리

Everyone was so kind! The design of the hotel was really good. It was an adorable experience staying at "The Standard, London"

I still get my deposit. I left the mail and there is no answers. The saying was good but after that it was unpleasant.. i cannot reach to them unless i've live in London. I hope them to see this and solve my ploblem.

Staff were above and beyond helpful and chatty when checking in. Room was awesome, one minor niggle was that there was a knob broken on the light... it was usable but kept falling off. Was disappointed that the plants in the shower were plastic but appreciate there is no natural light. Roof was awesome. The lounge bar was fantastic didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend and would like to go back and experience one of the fancier rooms with an outside balcony area

Nice hotel, great location. Went for a coffee in the restaurant while we waited for a train. Asked to be sat outside as it was a warm day - put us right next to a raging fire - on a 30 degree day?! Sat back inside and staff seemed bemused that we had moved tables (despite us telling one of them prior to moving). £13 for a coffee and lemonade. It is what it is.

The hotel room was in need of a renovation. Generally cool vibe. Location could have been better.

Beautifully adapted building. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and tidy and excellent minibar variety available. Rooftop bar offers fantastic views if the weather is nice. Superb location right outside Kings Cross St Pancras for trains and tube.

We had a wonderful week's stay. The Standard was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. I will definitely stay again when I return to London.

Always a delight to stay at this property. Big call out to the door men who helped with bags and were so utterly charming

We arrived at The Standard, greeted by Valentina, check in was seamless, our room wasn't quite ready so we left our luggage and popped to Oneills bar down the street, on our return our luggage was in the room, the room was beautiful, we had a junior terrace suite on the 8th floor overlooking St Pancras station, amazing. We didn't use the restaurant as we had reservations elsewhere but I would highly recommend the hotel, perfect for Kings Cross station and there's a little store round the corner for bits you might need. The rooftop bar is fab too.

Bugs in room on first floor. Mildew smell in room. Our friend also staying in hotel on different floor also had bugs in his room. Notified staff and they sent housekeeping which offered to clean my toilets. Informed them again upon checkout of bugs and staff were again not helpful. To top it off we dined in The Double Standard and I got ill from eating the food. Overall it had potential with the cool rooftop and nice dining options but extremely disappointing considering the price we paid for this.

Great location. Rooms are poorly designed and bed too small for anyone over 6ft

This is an excellent property - I think the staff is amazing but have definitely lost some flexibility with the purchase by Hyatt. We can tell the difference when we stay there now.

Sorry. The space is a bit run down. Feels like it needs a refresh. The room was dark and no windows. Made me feel like I was in a panic room. The highlight is the roof for sure. But will nit be booking it again. Shame cause the Standard in NYC is great!! A far higher level of service and quality. Hope they solve cause it should be cool.

We had a wonderful stay for two nights with a great location for the Metro and train station. The bed was very comfortable and we had space for our suitcases. The bathroom was very clean and having A/C when the weather was overly hot was a huge bonus. Would stay again.

The Strand Palace Hotel was very welcoming and centrally located in London to get around to all of the sightseeing areas. Next time I am in London will definitely stay here again.
